Took my son in for Veterans Day, IHB is nice to offer a free burger to vets on the day. Server Bob was cheerful and professional. Burgers were delicious. We’ll be back!

My service started well, but declined quickly. The server did not check back until I was almost done with my meal, so I had to nurse my one beer to the end. Only after I had finished my meal did the server return and when I ordered another beer, she did not apologize for not checking on me sooner. When I asked for the check, I also requested that my King of Hill dollars be applied to my bill, which she acknowledged, but then brought the bill without my King of Hill dollars having been applied. I had to have the seating host go find my server and send her back to my table to get my bill redone. The bill was redone, but I was so incensed by the poor service, I did not leave a tip. I will not return to this Iron Hill location again and most likely not any other.

Never a bad meal at iron hill! Tried the shrimp Cobb today and itn was delicious.

this is the second time we visited and the beverage that was on the menu was not available. We were told they ran out. So then I asked for an option, server came back and said the same thing they were out of it. I ended up drinking something that was in stock.

Our server, Corinne, was excellent, suggested fixes for small issues that we had not thought of. My catfish with a creole sauce was very good, although I had wished later I had a little green veg on the side. My husband loved his chicken lettuce wraps, sons enjoyed their fish and chips (he could have used a choice of sauce as the remoulade seemed a bit too close to a tartar sauce- he ate a Peri-peri sauce with leftovers at home) and a schnitzel with an extra side of mashed potatoes. He felt, as a young man, the mashed potatoes served with were good, but not quite enough, so he had leftovers for home, too. Dessert of apple walnut pie was outstanding, creme brulee good, but could have used a thicker crackable topping. It was our second visit to this location, and we will be back. Oh, and it was nice to have a little beer sample of a winter ale (good) while we waitied, , and when you needed a modification on your drink they were happy to help, and successful actually!

Great time as always. Our server was fabulous! She was kind, funny and very knowledgeable about the beer they carried. Would highly recommend!

We love Iron Hill Newtown! The staff is friendly and the service is superb. We love the small touches like beer samples!

Unfortunately, I think the food and cleanliness of the Newtown PA location has gone down. This is at least the third time we’ve gone there with the tables are dirty. Food is stuck on the menus and so on. We ordered burgers, fish and chips and some appetizers and none of them were good. Mediocre at best. Sad because it was a really nice place when it first opened up.
