Silverware had food on it (we asked for clean silverware and after 3 tries, there was still food on both sets of silverware) Server was not friendly, waited 20 minutes for drinks from the bar and when food was served, it was not hot. Would not recommend going here.

We have eaten here twice before and had good experiences. This time the food didn’t seem the same quality and it took a long time to get a drink from the bar.

This was our second visit on a busy Saturday night. Unfortunately, it wasn't as good as our first. Our server seemed a little overwhelmed. When our order came, half of it was wrong. The pulled pork sandwich was lacking in meat. The pork tacos were good when they came out. Beer was good. Hopefully, the next time will be better.

Excellent good and good menu selection. Only drawbacks were service, from the kitchen, and table clearing. It was a Friday and it was busy. Our server was personable and we can't blame her. I think there should be table bussing from the food deliverers and more kitchen staff. Easier said than done.

I had reservations for 4, which were very easy to make. We were seated quickly and our initial orders were taken promptly. We ordered 3 apps to share, and all the apps were great! For our meals there were 3 burgers (all different menu items) and a chicken sandwich. Everyone's lunch was prepared properly, but my cheeseburger (asked for medium) was overcooked and tasted like burnt. The other burgers were cooked correctly, and got positive feedback from everyone. The manager was very nice and offered a new cheeseburger, which unfortunately came out undercooked by 1-2 minutes, and was definitely on the raw side. Ultimately the cheeseburger was taken off the bill. A dessert may have been offered by the manager, but by that time I had been away from work longer than I was expecting and didn't have any time to continue working something out. Luckily we went over the check as well, as they charged us accidentally for 3 additional $15+ meals. They apologized for the error and took those off as well.

Food was good...have been to other Iron Hills and like having bar options other than local. The bar was completely out of whiskey/bourbon. One suggestion...the lights were so bright. It was like eating at a diner at 2am. I would turn them down for some ambience

Very accommodating when requesting a special booth. Love the mushroom soup! Chicken gumbo soup is very spicy, so it's a good choice for people who like "heat". Cheeseburger & fries is all-American classic. Fried green tomatoes & Salmon cakes are both unusual & delicious. Moroccan Salmon entree also very tasty. Our only complaint was that each course took a long time to be served. People around us came in after we did, ate, & left & we were waiting for dinner.

We had the fish tacos and the pulled pork, both were very tasty and presented well will good portion size. Our server was very nice, she was attentive but not overly hovering. My only disappointment was that I put a note in the reservation that it was a special outing for my niece... BTS shopping (like every other seventeen year old lol) and that we were celebrating her birthday. This information should be shared with the server so that they can acknowledge the event. Basically, why ask for information that you're not going to use. I'll return but it wont be because I would like our server to acknowledge the occasion that brings us there.

Service was not the best. Long wait for server and order was wrong. Food was good and ambience was nice. Music was just slightly too loud.
