Generally very good. Four of us dining for dinner. Food was liked though the chicken in the Herb Grilled Chicken Breast was a bit too well done. Half rack ribs was very tasty and meat fell of the bone as it should. Vienna Red Lager was excellent. I was also served a free small taste of Pig Iron Porter which I liked, as I generally order porters and stouts, and a pumpkin pale ale which I didn’t care for. Server was excellent.

Make a reservation! Very busy when we went and no one missed a beat, service was outstanding (Kristin) and food was wonderful. Definitely a place to go for either wonderful foot and/or great beer.

Kitchen needs better management / scheduling. I understand it was F&M College’s move-in day, but it took 45 minutes to get our food. With no crowd and over half the restaurant empty, it shouldn’t have taken nearly that long considering it was only lunchtime.

Iron Hill has in the past been consistently good. Unfortunately, during our last visit the sweet potato fries for 2 of the dinners were cold, and the appetizers came after the main meal instead of before. Lastly, 2 people ordered the shrimp bucatini, though they enjoyed it, one person had 4 shrimp and one person had at least 10. I will probably return but probably not on a weekend. They can't seem to handle simple things on busy nights.

It was a beautiful experience. Very caring about needs and always checked up on us making sure everything was ok. The place was beautiful and clean, wasn’t loud at all extremely pleasant experience.

The food is always very good . Love the Sweet Potato Fries with Vanilla Sauce. The service is always wonderful, but I want to give a special shout out to Caitlin. She was a new server to us and she was really wonderful. She made our lunch even more special. If we didn't live so far away, we would be in there every week and ask for her to be our server. It was really a very happy lunch for us and our friends.

Food and service was excellent. I had the ribs and chicken with fries and coke slaw. My wife had the pork chop. The ribs were perfectly cooked and fell off the bone. The pork chop was marinated and so delicious. We also had a pizza to go which was so good the next day. Very clean establishment with top notch service.

The air conditioner was not working well so our section of the restaurant was very warm. Be sure to request a cool area!
