We had a wonderful time; the food was absolutely delicious, and the service was exceptional (thanks, Corey). The restaurant was well lit, which is a personal pet peeve of mine, and there was ample parking. The Hershey location is much nicer than my local Iron Hill in Phoenixville, PA.

I normally love Iron Hill but this is the first time I’ve had a terrible experience with a waitress. She was down right rude. She rolled her eyes and sighed and acted like what my friends and I were asking for, which were basic things, were a complete inconvenience for her. I understand it was a busy night but you are in the service industry and that is your job. If I acted like that toward my patients, I would be fired. Completely unacceptable. Then when I checked my bank account the next day I saw she has charged my card for my dinner and my friend’s dinner instead of charging my friend’s card and mine separately. It’s time for her to find a new job if she can’t handle this one.

Had an overall good time. Got in ate and was out in just over an hour. Staff is good and food is great. So much verity and options depending on food restrictions.

Service was outstanding.....Wife's dinner was excellent; my pork schnitzel had two cutlets; bottom one was burned....other then that things went well.
