Our beer and food were delicious. We did have to wait for over an hour on food, at least 15 minutes on silverware after our food was delivered, and my husbands food wasn’t correct so it was another 20 minutes for the remake. We sat outside and it was so nice until an incredibly drunk group came and sat next to us and they were sooooo loud and obnoxious.

Our waiter Hannah is always the best. However the food took Forever to be brought to our table, not the servers fault. They have a new manager who was a bit grumpy when I mentioned to her that we were waiting on our son’s burger, when almost everyone had their food.

Waiter Chuck was great! Very attentive. Food however was not as good as when it first opened. Tuna extremely spicy and sauce was not good. Menu description did not match the food received.

It was a great experience! Staff was very courteous and helpful. Good food too! Would recommend for a good easy going dinner.

My family and I were in town for a Basic Training graduation and went to Iron Hill afterwards to celebrate. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with smiles and positive attitudes. A few of the ladies even came over and congratulated our Soldier. Donovan was our server and she was amazing. When I was having a hard time choosing a good IPA, she let me taste a few and even recommended some good ones. I went with the Flight! The bartender (I forgot his name, but he’s from Fort Lauderdale, FL)…he was funny and nice and made us a good lemon drop. Overall experience was great. If I’m ever back in Columbia again, I’m for sure gonna go back to Iron Hill.

Excellent menu, excellent service. My guest has a problem with tiny bones in her crabcakes. The staff was very nice and comped that item and her replacement. The shrimp and grits were amazing! My only "thumbs down" would be the 7-layer carrot cake. It lacked moisture, didn't have a sweet enough icing, and tasted more like a spice cake instead of a carrot cake. But it could simply be MY old taste buds. I don't usually try desserts, but was intrigued when told it was homemade and had 7 layers.

My son is a senior at South Carolina, and we have eaten out at many food establishments around campus; this was hands down the best experience we have had in three plus years from service, food, atmosphere. We will definitely be making more trips and have already recommended it to others.

Iron Hill is a favorite for us. They have a great menu and everything we have ever ordered has been delicious. It's also convenient to our favorite Airbnb, Go with the Flo.
