Food was not as good as usual. Burger was undercooked and a pickle was plated and removed but the juice hit the French Fries; we specifically asked so that wouldn't happen. I was not impressed by the beer batter coating (seamed over fried) on the fish and chips. The King of the Hill brew was still awesome and was the martini my partner ordered. The food depressed me

Great food and great service. The fries were addictive, almost as much as the fried Brussel sprouts. The burger was cooked perfectly and I heard from others with me the the pork chops were the best they’ve had in years

The seats were badly torn, and I was charged $11.00 for a $6.50 side dish, which I'm calling to complain about!

Disappointed after a long wait to order a dish that had one item hot and another cold when they both should have been hot. I ordered the catfish that was hot, but the sauce surrounding it was cold and at best room temperature. I asked for the sauce to be warmed and waited longer than expected, thus the catfish got cold and the new sauce was just watery. I could not believe the horrific experience.

I met my wife at this restaurant and we've returned for special occasions and celebrations over the years, so it breaks my heart to have to leave a negative review but Iron Hill (Chestnut Hill) needs to wake up and realize that the diminished experience in their restaurant combined with the insane prices makes them deeply out of step with the current trends in indoor dining. We've watched portions get smaller and smaller, sloppily plated dishes come out looking like the were literally dropped onto the plate from 2 feet above, service standards decline beyond the point of acceptable, and the interior is even beginning to show signs of dramatic neglect - one of the booth seat cushions had a long 4-inch wide split lengthwise exposing the yellow foam underneath and no attempt was made to cover or mask the damage. We won't be returning.
