Originaire de la côte est du Maryland, le chef Anthony Chittum a gagné sa réputation non seulement pour sa cuisine, mais aussi pour son engagement à s'approvisionner dans un réseau d'agriculteurs, de pêcheurs et d'artisans alimentaires locaux. Puisant leur inspiration dans les cuisines de la Grèce, de la Sicile, de la Sardaigne et du sud de l'Italie, le chef Chittum et son équipe interprètent ces différentes traditions et techniques en utilisant les meilleurs produits de la région du Mid-Atlantic. En soirée, l'Iron Gate propose un menu dégustation dans la salle à manger. Vous pourrez opter pour un menu dégustation de 4 plats (60 USD par personne, plus 40 USD pour l'accord mets et boissons), un menu dégustation de 6 plats (80 USD par personne, plus 50 USD pour l'accord mets et boissons), ou le menu dégustation du chef (110 USD par personne, plus 90 USD pour l'accord mets et vins). Vous serez invité à personnaliser votre expérience en choisissant vos plats dans les différentes catégories du menu. Took my parents and fiancé to Iron Gate in advance of our rehearsal dinner here in August. Our server, Darian, was amazing! He helped with wine pairings that we could expect for our August rehearsal dinner, providing great detail for each wine. The food was good, the atmosphere was perfect. We will definitely be back! 5 stars.

Iron Gate was fantastic! I went with my wife yesterday for our Wedding Anniversary and the entire staff truly went above and beyond for us. The small gestures & hand-written note were lovely. It made us feel like we were on our honeymoon again.

Chloe, our server, was exceptional. She made stellar wine recommendations, handled a special occasion flawlessly and was the perfect combination of unobtrusive and professional. She was outstanding.

A lovely evening for our anniversary. Staff were personable bit not overbearing and went out of their way to make it a special occasion. Tasting menu is not a bargain but is definitely recommended. Food and ambience were both terrific.
