We asked for a water side table but the last one was given to the walk-ins just before us. Food was ok. Shrimp was frozen. Not worth the money.

Irene is an excellent place to go for a celebratory lunch! The food and ambiance were perfect! Sitting next to the water and eating really tasty food, and enjoying wonderful company was just the perfect way to celebrate my daughter's high school graduation. Definitely recommend the lunch menu!

The restaurant is lovely and the view was as well. The calamari and truffle fries were great and definitely a must. We felt the meals with fries were mostly fries and less protein - needed more balance on the plate. The jerk fish tacos entree had great potential however, the portion (3 mini tacos) had very little fish, a large portion of beets and a large dollop of very spicy sauce. I was surprised that the server didn't ask about all the food left on my plate - whether there was a problem with the meal or if I wanted to package it all up to go. There were also 2 drinks untouched. I feel our server could have been more attentive and proactive to our experience.

Atmosphere is great but they need needed more servers. Some of the food was fantastic. We had ten people and the salads, burgers and fish and chips all looked delicious but unfortunately the fish tacos we not great. Music level was great.

The food quality was very low. We booked at 8 pm and they told us thar we should leave by 9. There should be no opening spot for 8 to reserve if they close at 9. In general, it was very disappointing.

This bistro style restaurant has a great menu, and the food was overall very good, except for the fish tacos - it was very hot spicy, which was not indicated in the ingredients. Unfortunately, they ran out of several items, including burgers and desserts. Their cocktails , although a bit pricy, were good. The staff were friendly and attentive. The sad part of the experience is that we were celebrating my friend’s gradation. Although I have indicated the occasion on the reservation, which asked if this was a special occasion, the staff said they did not celebrate occasions!?! They offer to put a candle on the gelato?! Well at least the gelato was free. The total cost for two people: almost $300, including a 20% tip. Would I go again: yes, but hopefully management will review the issues.
