Just as in Italy where the food is genuine and locally sourced, you'll find the same at Intero with farm-to-table Italian cuisine. At its core, the concept behind Italian cooking stems from necessity and gratitude for regionally available ingredients. Intero, translating to “whole’’ in Italian, embraces this concept utilizing local ingredients from their entirety, paired with traditional Italian techniques and cooking sensibilities. This naturally sustainable approach allows for innovative, yet familiar dishes that highlight the seasonal availability of what’s grown and raised in Texas.

Additionally, Intero provides an authentic nod to the sweet side of Italy offering specialty house-made artisan chocolates (including truffles, barks, and sipping chocolate) along with other traditional Italian desserts in classic, seasonal and unique flavors.

Everyone was so welcoming. Loved celebrating our anniversary at Intero. The food was delicious! Dreaming about the bucatini pasta & house smoked ham pizza still.

Excellent food and service in a laid back vibrant atmosphere. The menu changes regularly, but everything we tried we liked.

Easy parking, welcoming atmosphere. Waiter was friendly and provided all info needed for us to have an enjoyable dining experience. Food was excellent and the price is very reasonable. You must try the chocolates they are to die for. We ordered a box of chocolates to go! Cant wait to go back!

Chandler was an excellent server. The bartender had great recommendations for wine pairings. I fully enjoyed my dinner.

We have been to Intero several times and the experience is never less than wonderful. On top of being a GREAT experience every time, they have the absolute best gluten free pasta.

We had the best dining experience! The host stand was a delight before we were even seated, while also helped us to understand their favorite meals with great enthusiasm. Our waiter was kind and informative of the entirety of the menu while keeping us well-informed regarding the kitchen status of our dishes. The meal was one of, if not the best, I have had in Austin and I will recommend Intero to all of my friends and family. Overall amazing dining experience!!

Celebrated our anniversary here! Got the sourdough focaccia, 2 pasta dishes, a pizza, and dessert for under $90! Insane value for a farm to table restaurant in my opinion. Everything was so freaking good, we were expecting to pay close to $150. Especially considering how much they do in house it felt like a robbery ha! Would def recommend to anyone for a special event or just a nice dinner out.

Intero continues to be one of the best (if not THE BEST) dining experience in Austin. The food is fantastic, the space is lovely and warm but never too loud, and the service is phenomenal. This is something every. single. other. restaurant in Austin -- regardless of price point -- continues to fail at (except Jeffrey's). On top of everything else, Intero stands out with its well-paced, knowledgable-yet-unobtrusive service that gives you time, but also doesn't leave you sitting for two hours wondering where the eff your server went... or who your server even was... or why you even bothered to show up at all. You're amazing Intero, thank you!
