With Infini meaning “Limitless Possibilities”, Chef Urvin Croes wants to offer dishes made without boundaries, exploring new possibilities and stepping with two feet outside the box. A chef’s table concept where diners and staff are able to interact throughout the evening, channeling through a story guided by the menu.

Urvin has worked in different roles starting as an apprentice cook and ending as a Chef de Partie and Sous-Chef for the highest-rated hotel restaurants on the island of Aruba. He gained experience in Europe working with 1-Michelin star rated “Grand Hotel Karel V”.

He enjoys buying many of his ingredients from local farmers. It is a combination of all the aforementioned, which is reflected in the dishes created at Chef Urvin his restaurants. He has many accomplishments, which aside from his culinary degrees also include several medals and he is locally famous for being the first winner of ‘Iron Chef Aruba’.

Infini was absolutely delicious! Each course was paced well and uniquely tasty. I loved meeting the culinary team and seeing the process for putting together each dish. The sommelier was also brilliant, pairing the courses perfectly. It was better than many of the tasting menus I've had in Manhattan. I would definitely recommend it to any foodies travelling to the island. It's worth every penny. And the take home treat was a nice little extra touch. My partner and I will certainly be back.

Such a great experience and the food was outstanding! They created vegan dishes for myself, my husband and another couple. I will most definitely be coming back next year!

Excelente lugar para tener una experiencia culinaria memorable! Han sabido mantener el nivel y la calidad a. Lo largo de los años. Cada vez que voy me sorprendo con el nuevo menú! Son originales y con sabores explosivos. Combinaciones únicas que vale la pena degustar.

WOW. I wish. I could give Infini higher than 10/10. Every aspect of the dinner was incredible. From the starters to the dessert. We also did the wine pairing and every wine was SPOT ON. Incredible job!

It was AMAZING!!! Chef Caroline and her chefs were UNBELIEVABLE!!! Their talent and meal paired with wines one of the best chefs meals I’ve ever experienced!!!
