With Infini meaning “Limitless Possibilities”, Chef Urvin Croes wants to offer dishes made without boundaries, exploring new possibilities and stepping with two feet outside the box. A chef’s table concept where diners and staff are able to interact throughout the evening, channeling through a story guided by the menu.

Urvin has worked in different roles starting as an apprentice cook and ending as a Chef de Partie and Sous-Chef for the highest-rated hotel restaurants on the island of Aruba. He gained experience in Europe working with 1-Michelin star rated “Grand Hotel Karel V”.

He enjoys buying many of his ingredients from local farmers. It is a combination of all the aforementioned, which is reflected in the dishes created at Chef Urvin his restaurants. He has many accomplishments, which aside from his culinary degrees also include several medals and he is locally famous for being the first winner of ‘Iron Chef Aruba’.

Such a great experience and the food was outstanding! They created vegan dishes for myself, my husband and another couple. I will most definitely be coming back next year!

Excelente lugar para tener una experiencia culinaria memorable! Han sabido mantener el nivel y la calidad a. Lo largo de los años. Cada vez que voy me sorprendo con el nuevo menú! Son originales y con sabores explosivos. Combinaciones únicas que vale la pena degustar.

WOW. I wish. I could give Infini higher than 10/10. Every aspect of the dinner was incredible. From the starters to the dessert. We also did the wine pairing and every wine was SPOT ON. Incredible job!

It was AMAZING!!! Chef Caroline and her chefs were UNBELIEVABLE!!! Their talent and meal paired with wines one of the best chefs meals I’ve ever experienced!!!

The whole experience from start to finish was fantastic, the attention to details, the ambiance, the food - we were blown away! Can’t wait to come back again on our next visit, loved it!

This restaurant, and the restaurant ’Koal’, were the highlights of our Aruba trip. The food was fantastic and the presentation was impressive. Wine pairing selections were what we would consider to be very cheap wines in the U.S., but expected for Aruba considering what they are able to import at reasonable costs. Would definitely recommend Infiniti. It was fabulous.

The food and entire dining experience were fantastic until it was time to go home from the restaurant . Unfortunately, the staff were unable to get us a cab back to our hotel after assuring us, that the had called the cab company twice. We were stuck outside the restaurant for over 90 mins before we hailed our own cab in the street. During the ride back to our hotel, the cab driver indicated that there was some sort of dispute between Infini and the local cab companies. Lesson learned is that the food is fantastic but you may or may not make it back to your hotel.

This was an amazing experience. I would go there every time I go to Aruba from now on. They walk you through all the courses starting outside for sunset and amuse. Then you all go in and the true experience begins. 8 courses with tons of flavors and wine pairing to match.
