Wymara's premiere poolside restaurant and bar, INDIGO, by Chef Andrew Mirosch features fresh, wild-caught seafood, char-grilled premium branded meats, a wide selection of other entrees and starters, along with a raw bar selection, pasta's and food from the garden, with many dishes featuring Caribbean spicing and influences.

INDIGO restaurant and bar also features a separate thoughtfully curated Wellness Menu of vegan and vegetarian dishes. Housemade desserts are also an INDIGO specialty.

The name INDIGO was inspired by the deep color tones of the Caribbean sea and is also the name of Chef Andrew's second daughter. INDIGO restaurant and bar features Chef Andrew Mirosch's Caribbean inspired cuisine complimented with mixologist craft cocktails and spirits along with an extensive international wine list.

Along with an elevated culinary experience and exceptional service, vibrant yet alluring ambiance under the stars defines this dining experience.

    Our recent dining experience at Indigo, located within the stunning Wymara Resort in Grace Bay, was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere set the tone for an elegant yet inviting evening. The restaurant exudes understated sophistication, complemented by the resort’s beautiful surroundings and warm hospitality. We began our meal with the Yellowfin Tuna Tataki appetizer, featuring Togarashi rice crisps, avocado mousse, and red pickled onion. This dish was a perfect harmony of flavors and textures—crispy, creamy, and just the right balance of tangy and savory. It was a standout start to the evening. For our entrées, we indulged in the Caribbean Red Coconut Curry and the Mahi Mahi Dinner Special. Both dishes showcased the chef’s skillful use of local flavors and fresh ingredients. The Caribbean Red Coconut Curry was rich and flavorful, with layers of spice that were beautifully balanced. The Mahi Mahi, cooked to perfection, was a testament to the restaurant’s commitment to high-quality, seasonal seafood. A highlight of the evening was a personal visit from Chef Andrew, who thoughtfully stopped by our table to recommend dishes and assist with wine pairings.     Excellent service including a visit to all tables by chef Andrew humself. The food was very delicious with a 5 star presentation. Probably the best restaurant in Provo.

    Fantastic fresh fish dishes beautifully presented and there were also some delicious vegan options which meant that my 10year old daughter could finally enjoy a night out with her parents and have her favorite dish (vegan sweet potato soup) despite her severe dairy and fish allergies. The attention to allergies was of paramount importance to us especially as residents of the Turks and Caicos where finding restaurants with staff educated to understand the importance of identifying allergy containing ingredients is incredibly difficult. This is our go to restaurant now, we will return again and again!

    One of the most amazing dinning experiences we never had. Chef Andrew came to our table and we were able to let him know our appreciation for the exquisite food. Recommend to try a few specials, the fish is extremely fresh. My husband had steak and noted it was wonderful as well. Jose our waiter took great care of us. We had bottles of wine and the Sommelier gave is great recommendations. Lastly the bartenders know how to make a mean old fashion. Nicole and Mike from Carlsbad, CA

    Awesomw! Chef came over to the table explaining the specials. Very impressive and both specials were excellent. We changed our reservation for two days from now to go back again before we leave.
