Wymara's premiere poolside restaurant and bar, INDIGO, by Chef Andrew Mirosch features fresh, wild-caught seafood, char-grilled premium branded meats, a wide selection of other entrees and starters, along with a raw bar selection, pasta's and food from the garden, with many dishes featuring Caribbean spicing and influences.

INDIGO restaurant and bar also features a separate thoughtfully curated Wellness Menu of vegan and vegetarian dishes. Housemade desserts are also an INDIGO specialty.

The name INDIGO was inspired by the deep color tones of the Caribbean sea and is also the name of Chef Andrew's second daughter. INDIGO restaurant and bar features Chef Andrew Mirosch's Caribbean inspired cuisine complimented with mixologist craft cocktails and spirits along with an extensive international wine list.

Along with an elevated culinary experience and exceptional service, vibrant yet alluring ambiance under the stars defines this dining experience.

    Indigo certainly proved its reputation as one of the top restaurants on Providenciales. We dined on a Tuesday evening, sampling some of Chef Andrew’s appetizer and entrees specials. Everything was perfectly prepared, and the meal was among the best I’ve ever had. This restaurant must be on your list when visiting Turks & Caicos.

    What a wonderful meal and restaurant. Beautiful space and the menu was so good it was difficult to choose. The chef spent time at each table asking people what they were considering and pointing out different things about those choices. Really wonderful experience and we’re so happy that it was recommended to us.

    One of the best dinners during out vacation. The owner came to the table and talked me into the tomahawk Ocean beef steak. It was big but fantastic. The deserts were amazing. Great dinner. Fabulous atmosphere.

    What a phenomenal experience! Awesome menu with so much diversity. Chef Andrew makes it around to each table and talks through the menu and options, and answers any questions you have about it. The food is creative and the flavors are spectacular. Service is off the charts and better than anywhere on Provo that I have experienced. If you are looking for a special night out, head to Indigo!

    We had the BEST experience at Indigo spending our last night on the island and having one of the best meals! Our server Christopher among many of the other staff members were attentive, friendly and kind making our experience enjoyable and memorable. The food was incredible. We will definitely recommend this resturant to anyone we know traveling to Turks and Caicos!

    Dining at Indigo offered the best meal thus far on my Turks and Caicos vacation. The ambiance was a perfect vibe. My wife and I chose the outdoor seating which provided for the optimal blend of comfort and intimacy. Chef Andrew visited our table while we were perusing the menu. He gave us a tour of the special offerings for both myself and my wife who happens to Vegan. My wife order the Thai Chili Salad for starters and I chose the Meatball special. We split the tostones as well. I had initially considered the Red Snapper, however opted for the Baby Barramundi off of the daily specials as recommended by Chef Andrew. My wife had The grilled tofu. Everything was delicious. This will definitely be a must reservation for each visit!!!!

    The place is a restaurant in the hotel, which I missed during the booking. It is not luxurious at all. After dark it looks better, but plastic chairs and simple garden tables are not impresive. The waiter was not very nice and after my husband paid the bill with service included he had put him in a very awkward spot asking for extra tip. When my husband said that the service charge is already included he said „Yes, but I need to share that with others, you really not gling to give me any tip?”… it was so uncomfortable he left him extra 10$ but we didn’t like the feeling. I found if disgraceful that everywhere they are asking for tip on top of the obligatory service charge you pay. I fo not like that at all and this guy asking for extra money like that was awful. Lobster starter and lobster tail we had were quite good.. complimentary to the chef.
