Installé au sein de l'hôtel contemporain One Aldwych et offrant un cadre décontracté et informel, le restaurant Indigo propose un menu britannique créatif en constante évolution composé de plats entièrement sans gluten et sans produits laitiers. Conçu par le Chef exécutif Dominic Teague, le menu présente des plats inventifs qui mettent l'accent sur les ingrédients de saison provenant des îles britanniques. L'ensemble des plats est soigneusement préparé, sans gluten ni produits laitiers, tout en conservant le goût et des produits de qualité. Enjoy a family feast for the special lady in your life this Mother's Day and join us for a celebratory lunch in Indigo. ‍ Raise a toast to Mum with a glass of pretty-in-pink Billecart-Salmon Rosé whilst savouring British flavours with our hand-picked Dorset crab salad with brown crab mayonnaise and crunchy sea purslane. Indulge with roast sirloin of Irish beef with lashings of creamy horseradish and lighter-than-air Yorkshires. Room for pud? Karolyn's brûlée is an ode to Head Chef Dominic Teague's mother and is perfectly paired with vanilla cream, blood orange sorbet and cardamom. ‍ For an extra special afternoon, select a contemporary Covent Garden bouquet for Mum to take home. Expertly crafted by our resident florist Mark Siredzuk, our spring blooms are sure to raise a smile. Reservations require a pre-payment of £105 per-person for lunch, which will be deducted from your bill on the day.

One of our favorite meals yet. We did the vegan tasting. Though the first few courses varies on our preferences, the mains and dessert courses were all exceptional. A longish meal 2.5 hours, but the ambiance and service were great so we weren't bothered. The food was clearly well thought through with an emphasis on letting the local ingredients shine and avoided the bland palette of some vegan food.

Indigo offers diners a marvellous experience. The service is outstanding - nothing is too much trouble - and all the staff are impeccably trained to give top class customer service. The restaurant is beautifully appointed, with modern, subtle decor which complements the excellent food and wine. The widely-publicised gluten-free/dairy-free approach to the menu, and the fact that the kitchen is guaranteed 100% gluten-free, affords total confidence that I can choose anything on the menu. My family went for a special celebration lunch and nothing disappointed. Everyone at the restaurant contributed to make it a real landmark occasion, and something which we will never forget.

Fantastic place to eat. So glad to find a place with great ambience and a menu which is gluten-and dairy-free. And the food was delicious - the Suffolk pork (starter) melted in the mouth, as did the Milk chocolate cremeux (dessert). Service was just right, attentive, courteous but not 'in your face'. We had the set lunch, which at £50 for three courses is pretty good value. Will certainly revisit.

A good selection of naturally gluten and dairy free food. We enjoyed the wine pairings with the taster menu. We did not expect the restaurant to be on a mezzanine which was a pleasant surprise, and we really enjoyed the vibe. Staff were attentive and approachable throughout our visit.
