Installé au sein de l'hôtel contemporain One Aldwych et offrant un cadre décontracté et informel, le restaurant Indigo propose un menu britannique créatif en constante évolution composé de plats entièrement sans gluten et sans produits laitiers. Conçu par le Chef exécutif Dominic Teague, le menu présente des plats inventifs qui mettent l'accent sur les ingrédients de saison provenant des îles britanniques. L'ensemble des plats est soigneusement préparé, sans gluten ni produits laitiers, tout en conservant le goût et des produits de qualité. Parmi les plats, vous trouverez du quinoa, du topinambour, de la grenade, une salade d'amandes fumées, du pain au fenouil marin fait maison ainsi que de l'agneau Rhug Estate.

Food was great; a good choice on the Pre-Theatre menu, including a vegan option for starter, main and dessert. All staff were friendly and professional. Service was faultless. Restaurant and toilet facilities were immaculate.

Had roast beef and trimmings which was delicious The seasonal crumble was excellent and house red merlot likewise. The restaurant is expensive but I would still recommend a visit.The pre theatre menu seems good value but is not always available.

Service was impeccable and food quality excellent would highly recommend. Restaurant manager and waiting team a real asset .

Enjoyed a brilliant meal with good service and excellent food. Was reassuring that the entire restaurant was gluten and dairy free, so nice to be able to order of the entire menu. Was amazing what can be done without dairy. Creme brulee was a lovely surprise

Everything was wonderful. You would never know that the entire menu is gluten free and dairy free. The food is amazing, and the staff are wonderful. I highly recommend.

Terrific restaurant with excellent service - the menu is fully gluten and dairy free and the food was absolutely delicious - it was so lovely for one member of the group who is coeliac to be able to choose any of the dishes and the rest of us who don't have any food intolerances enjoyed the food hugely! Will definitely be returning!

Wonderful fine dining, with the added benefit that my gluten-free and dairy-free mother could eat anything from the menu without having to worry about what she was eating - she was so happy!
