Overpriced. Show was ok but they asked us to leave after 2 hours and we couldn’t finish watching the show

This is a great restaurant. I went for some birthday celebrations. They took all of my requests into account. Birthday girl was treated extremely well, and we both had a fantastic time there. The food, the staff, the show, the drinks were all 10 out of 10.

Service was terrible. No one to greet us at reception. I had to keep asking around and the lady who was able to help us told me to go back to reception to ask for our table but I told her to do instead and that I’ve been three times . Our table wasn’t ready. Low-class crowd. Couldn’t see show because of where we had been seated. Seriously overpriced for a below-average experience.

I brought my mom here to celebrate her 70th birthday and we had an absolute blast. Jhostin was fantastic and we did not feel rushed at all. We opted for the £80 tasting menu on Sunday and it was a total value when you consider the wonderful show that is included. Every dish was phenomenal but especially the black cod. Really fun and energetic performers made for such a great way to celebrate.

We had the most amazing time, food was outstanding and the entertainment was way more than we ever imagined. Our entire table agreed that the singers & dancers were top class and would pay to see that if it was a show. We will be back !

So looking at the reviews and the menu we have been super excited to visit Inca. The excitement was gone more and more with every dish served. Babe romain salad was just a gem lettuce CUT IN THE HALF with a spoon of butter sprinkled with onions and chive…It gets better! Spinach salad was the whole bag of spinach on the plate with grated cheese and so much yuzu that it tasted like a leafy lemon and I love sour! This was painful to eat. Now tacos were the ones we were so excited about! My partner loves meat and never says no to food. He never finished wagyu tacos despite its size! Spicy crab was spiceless. Selection of wines by the glass was very poor but for £30 a glass I expected at least a half descent one…nope, I sent it back and the next one as well. It’s probably the cheapest wine you can get. Very disappointing looking at the standard of the place, non mentioning prices! Place itself is beautiful and very ambient with super friendly and professional staff. DJ played well and entertainment distracted us from that disastrous food.
