We wanted to love this place. The ambience was great, and had potential. However, the service was not good, which just caused us to be annoyed and frustrated and couldn’t enjoy our time. We honestly thing it was because they had just one server doing all the tables. We also were only 2 people and there was a lot of larger groups around us, so the server def prioritized them. Which we understood. But we waited about 15 minutes to be asked what we wanted to order from sitting down. Then the drinks were brought at different times- which coming from the service industry- is a big no no, the bartender if they made one drink too early needs to redo it so all drinks are brought at the same time. My husband got his drink 10 minutes before mine and he waited for mine so we can drink together. Then after 1st drink, we were obviously done with them, and the server walked by us about 5 times until noticing they were empty. We tried again and got another drink. Those came slightly quicker and at the same time. However after the second drink, we were already there for 1.5 hours, so we wanted to leave- it took 10 minutes for the server to noticed we were done, then another 15 minutes to get the check, and then another 30 minutes to get charged- my husband had to bring up the bill to the bartender cause we couldn’t find the server. Again, we really wanted to love this place- but the service left us with a bad taste. My biggest recommendation would be to get another server, especially for a Saturday night!

Looked over staffed all the servers were oiled in a corner. They all looked like we were wasting there time being there. When I asked for the check the server said ok and went and stood around until I asked a second time. I had been here before and enjoyed myself but this time the whole feeling was off and I'd hate to say it also had to do with the dynamic of my group.

Downside: They no longer offer their "buy one drink, get the 2nd one half price" deal on Thursdays anymore. (Although it's listed on their website.) I brought it to the servers attention and they begrudgingly honored it. Customer service was mediocre. Upside: The live music was fantastic and the drinks were delicious. I would go again and hopefully get a better server.

Our server had zero personality and was slow. Also, when drinks cost $22 each, I didn't appreciate that she tried to remove it from the table when there were two sips left. Overall, the ambiance was super cool, drinks were good, but service needs improvement.

Super super cute speakeasy. We had a reservation for dinner right after and service was super quick! Very pleased and will be back

First experience here. We loved it. Tried a couple of their signature drinks, and they were great. Sat at the bar, this is a Great venue, and fun bartenders!
