Featured in Food & Wine Magazine, The Wine Enthusiast, and Tampa Bay Times, In Between Days is Florida's first craft sake house and Tokyo-style listening bar. Our sake list is one of the most diverse on the East Coast and is curated by our in-house sake sommelier Noah Sain. Inspired by the underground listening bars of Tokyo, our little house is warmed by intimate lighting and analog sounds sent through a pair of Klipsch Cornwalls. Oil lanterns cascade amber light while sake is poured into eager glasses. We play full sides. Our sake is chilled. Our oysters are served in the classic French style. It’s not Tokyo, but it’s close.

With an ever-rotating menu of sake, sake cocktails, and tasty plates, In Between Days offers a truly unique experience in the Tampa Bay area. Just off the hustle of Central Ave.

Join us for our monthly Sake Club hosted by our in-house sake sommelier, Noah Sain. This will be a one hour event from 5pm-6pm on Thursday, July 18th. You will taste three different Japanese sakes, and learn about the craft of making sake. This months selection includes a seasonal Summertime sake by Ohmine Shuzo. This is an opportunity to take a deep dive into sake and discover what makes this drink so delicious! This will be a casual tasting and a perfect opportunity to ask questions, share opinions, and learn more about sake, how it's made, and the people who make it! No food will be served during the tasting, however our kitchen opens at 6pm.

A wonderful experience trying some delicious food and sake. A very small menu, but we tried everything and we were not disappointed!

Thank you to the locals who recommended this place to my friend and I while visiting St. Pete. I’m not a big Sake drinker but absolutely loved the Sake based drinks they created. The food is tapas style and everything we ate was excellent. The intimate atmosphere made it feel like you were hanging out at a friend’s house while listening to records and enjoying a great meal.

A small Eclectic Japanese restaurant with an excellent Vibe! The Udon noodles dish and the Gyoza were my favorites. The bartender crafted some saki old fashions. Delicious!! We will be going back THANK YOU!

Cute place. A bit pricey. Food was good but not much to choose from. They were out of oysters and we were told the scallops came with 6 but we only got 3. Sake was pricey too.

Loved our meal at this special spot. Has a very cool “Austin” vibe, which we thoroughly appreciate! Although our waitress did not provide any detailed info on our arrival we learned about the background and authenticity from listening the guy who served the table next to us. My only request was to slow down delivery of each plate by a few minutes. With a limited menu, and sharing encouraged for a party of two, we needed a few minutes to enjoy the delicious flavors between each course before being served another. Chef’s choice of sake shots was fun and a great deal!

We enjoyed our time in this home turned in to eclectic restaurant. We arrived when it opened and it got busy very quick. Definitely an experience and the sake selection was amazing

Absolutely amazing! The pork belly scallops and hamachi crisp were our favorites but everything was delicious. The sake sommelier is a very cool experience. We will absolutely be back.

We had a fabulous time! Service was very good, even with the place being packed. Thank you to the server for helping us choose a sake-they were all so great. We had the scallops (ah.maze.ing!!!), Specialty Ramen (love the soup base), Watermelon Salad, and oysters. Our compliments to the Chef-SO fabulous! Loved the music playing, but it would be nice to have it turned down a little for better conversation. Will return!

10/10 tuna crudo was fantastic and loved the lychee and the raspberry cocktails! Amazing sake menu too and our waitress was awesome!!! :)
