Featured in Food & Wine Magazine, The Wine Enthusiast, and Tampa Bay Times, In Between Days is Florida's first craft sake house and Tokyo-style listening bar. Our sake list is one of the most diverse on the East Coast and is curated by our in-house sake sommelier Noah Sain. Inspired by the underground listening bars of Tokyo, our little house is warmed by intimate lighting and analog sounds sent through a pair of Klipsch Cornwalls. Oil lanterns cascade amber light while sake is poured into eager glasses. We play full sides. Our sake is chilled. Our oysters are served in the classic French style. It’s not Tokyo, but it’s close.

With an ever-rotating menu of sake, sake cocktails, and tasty plates, In Between Days offers a truly unique experience in the Tampa Bay area. Just off the hustle of Central Ave.

Join us for a very special Holiday edition of our monthly Sake Club hosted by our in-house Sake Sommelier, and Sake Educator Noah Sain. This will be a two and a half hour event from 6pm-8:30pm on Tuesday, December 17. You will be greeted with a warm, holiday special drink, and your choice of Japanese curry with pork OR vegetarian mushroom congee. Sip along and learn about three different sakes curated by Noah. This is an opportunity to take a deep dive into sake and discover what makes this drink so delicious! Think of this as the Sake Club Holiday Party! Great experience! I found this hidden gem pure by some research and so happy I did. Its a small spot that has nice vibes! We went just when they opened. The staff were very kind and attentive. The sake was AMAZING!! We did a sake tasting and loved every single one. The food was great!! Its a small menu so you technically could get everything there and share if it was a larger group. We were happy to hear they change it weekly which gives us even more reasons to keep coming back and trying different foods all the time. Think that a nice touch and keeps guest happy trying new things. Can't say anything bad about this place, give it a try!!!!

I was not disrespectful. In fact, the waitress for some reason avoided our table while visiting the other 3 tables multiples times even while noticing our drinks were empty. I attempted to discuss with the young man bartending and he that stated he was the manager and even when I ask what we did and he stated it was our “vibe”. In any event we never said anything to the young lady until I went to the bar and attempted to order drinks after it was obvious she was not going to stop at at our table. In the end, I attempted to request the young man be our server and and that’s when were told about our “vibe” making the the waitress “uncomfortable” even though we had said nothing negative or harsh to either of them. Once advised of our “vibe” and assuming that is a white man with two Jamaican ladies I asked for our tab to be closed and we were then told he would love to do that and that we were not welcome. Please review the cameras if you have any. The young male (manager) and waitress were both extremely defensive and rude to us and the two Jamaican ladies with me felt it was due to their race. As there was absolutely no other reason. We did ask about “cooked” options as we explained that my Jamaican friends didn’t like uncooked food. That said, if you’re truly the owner and would like to discuss with me feel free to contact me directly rather than just take the obvious lies that have been relayed to you by the you man and woman on duty that night.

The Supper Club sake dinner was amazing. Every course and sake was delicious! Highly recommend trying this special place.

Hands down my favorite bar/restaurant in the Tampa Bay area. Somehow it’s better each and every time. Food and drinks are outstanding and the ambience is incredibly unique.

We had an amazing experience here, it was our first time and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Luckily, the sake sommelier was there and walked us through a really fabulous flight of sake. The owner stopped by our table to chat us up and Em, our server was a delight. 5 stars. 12/10 recommended!

A unique experience, enjoying Japanese cuisine and curated music in a homey, intimate setting. The star of the meal was the sake tasting, paired to the menu if desired. The menu is small, but catered to all palates and courses. The meal gets pricey with the sake but make it a special occasion and it is well worth it! Waiters are very knowledgeable about the sake and will set up the tasting as per your preferences. Be prepared to spend $100 for two people.
