Featured in Food & Wine Magazine, The Wine Enthusiast, and Tampa Bay Times, In Between Days is Florida's first craft sake house and Tokyo-style listening bar. Our sake list is one of the most diverse on the East Coast and is curated by our in-house sake sommelier Noah Sain. Inspired by the underground listening bars of Tokyo, our little house is warmed by intimate lighting and analog sounds sent through a pair of Klipsch Cornwalls. Oil lanterns cascade amber light while sake is poured into eager glasses. We play full sides. Our sake is chilled. Our oysters are served in the classic French style. It’s not Tokyo, but it’s close.

With an ever-rotating menu of sake, sake cocktails, and tasty plates, In Between Days offers a truly unique experience in the Tampa Bay area. Just off the hustle of Central Ave.

Join us for our monthly Sake Club hosted by our in-house sake sommelier, Noah Sain. This will be a one hour event from 5pm-6pm on Thursday, September 19th. You will taste three different Japanese sakes, and learn about the craft of making sake. This months selection includes a sake brewed in the United States. This is an opportunity to take a deep dive into sake and discover what makes this drink so delicious! This will be a casual tasting and a perfect opportunity to ask questions, share opinions, and learn more about sake, how it's made, and the people who make it! WOW! What an awesome little place. The food and sake were amazing. I am relatively well versed in alcoholic beverages but sake is one of my weak points. The education I received was amazing. These people truly know their stuff. My wife was curious about what “polished” meant in reference to sake. No only was our waiter able to explain it, he had a little visual aid to help. I love learning new things and truly appreciate passionate, knowledgeable people!

It’s delicious every single time. Always something new added to the menu. Never have been disappointed. One of my favorite date spots.

One of the best original restaurants in St.Pete. Took friends and they absolutely loved the ramen and impressed when staff explained the different sakes and their knowledge on the whole sake process.

Went there for anniversary dinner. Staff was constantly educating us about what we were eating. Food was amazing as was the sake. Vibes were impeccable

Thank you to the locals who recommended this place to my friend and I while visiting St. Pete. I’m not a big Sake drinker but absolutely loved the Sake based drinks they created. The food is tapas style and everything we ate was excellent. The intimate atmosphere made it feel like you were hanging out at a friend’s house while listening to records and enjoying a great meal.

A small Eclectic Japanese restaurant with an excellent Vibe! The Udon noodles dish and the Gyoza were my favorites. The bartender crafted some saki old fashions. Delicious!! We will be going back THANK YOU!
