Featured in Food & Wine Magazine, The Wine Enthusiast, and Tampa Bay Times, In Between Days is Florida's first craft sake house and Tokyo-style listening bar. Our sake list is one of the most diverse on the East Coast and is curated by our in-house sake sommelier Noah Sain. Inspired by the underground listening bars of Tokyo, our little house is warmed by intimate lighting and analog sounds sent through a pair of Klipsch Cornwalls. Oil lanterns cascade amber light while sake is poured into eager glasses. We play full sides. Our sake is chilled. Our oysters are served in the classic French style. It’s not Tokyo, but it’s close.

With an ever-rotating menu of sake, sake cocktails, and tasty plates, In Between Days offers a truly unique experience in the Tampa Bay area. Just off the hustle of Central Ave.

Join us for our monthly Sake Club hosted by our in-house sake sommelier, Noah Sain. This will be a one hour event from 7pm-8pm on Tuesday, October 15th. You will taste three different sakes, and learn about the craft of making sake. This months selection includes a sake brewed in Hot Springs, Arkansas. This is an opportunity to take a deep dive into sake and discover what makes this drink so delicious! This will be a casual tasting and a perfect opportunity to ask questions, share opinions, and learn more about sake, how it's made, and the people who make it! *Sake Club usually lands on the third Thursday of each month, this is an exception. Join us for a special 5 course menu paired with a curated selection of JOTO sake. The menu is prepared by Chefs Tevin Warner and Justin Shwetzer. The sake will be presented by sake experts Ryan Mellinger and Andrew Sowers of JOTO/Kobrand. This event will be one night only with two seatings available: October 17, 5pm-7:30pm, and 8pm-10:30pm. Price includes gratuity.

A unique experience, enjoying Japanese cuisine and curated music in a homey, intimate setting. The star of the meal was the sake tasting, paired to the menu if desired. The menu is small, but catered to all palates and courses. The meal gets pricey with the sake but make it a special occasion and it is well worth it! Waiters are very knowledgeable about the sake and will set up the tasting as per your preferences. Be prepared to spend $100 for two people.

Inside was cozy and immaculate. Service was attentive, cheerful, and helpful. Food was perfect, satisfying, exciting, and suddenly exactly what I wanted to be eating.

The ambiance was romantic and the music noise level was good. The food was ok, a bit over priced for what you get. The cocktails were great and ascetically pleasing and tasted delicious. My husband and I would have loved to order another Cocktail, but the server did not come to our table to ask if we would like another. The service was NOT good, servers did not ask if we needed anything, they were too busy talking to their friends that came to visit them. We would have loved to try more items on the menu, but the service threw us off and we paid and left. Due to the experience we will not go back again, there are so many other interesting restaurants to try. It’s unfortunate that we didn’t have a better experience for my husband’s bday dinner.

WOW! What an awesome little place. The food and sake were amazing. I am relatively well versed in alcoholic beverages but sake is one of my weak points. The education I received was amazing. These people truly know their stuff. My wife was curious about what “polished” meant in reference to sake. No only was our waiter able to explain it, he had a little visual aid to help. I love learning new things and truly appreciate passionate, knowledgeable people!

It’s delicious every single time. Always something new added to the menu. Never have been disappointed. One of my favorite date spots.

One of the best original restaurants in St.Pete. Took friends and they absolutely loved the ramen and impressed when staff explained the different sakes and their knowledge on the whole sake process.

Went there for anniversary dinner. Staff was constantly educating us about what we were eating. Food was amazing as was the sake. Vibes were impeccable
