Loved it. We got the mushroom risotto, the calamari, chicken parm and bolognese pasta Highly recommend. Everything was delicious!

We ordered the calamari, which I love calamari, but it was super rubbery and mostly tentacles. My daughter loved the pasta bolognese, I had the chicken milanese which was so so. It was a huge portion but lacked flavor. Our server was really slow and seemed oblivious the whole night. There were a lot of great servers around us that were very engaged with their guests.

First time experiencing lunch at this place. And definitely the food on my opinion is different than the night. At night food taste more delicious. If you’re planing to dine there make sure you try it in the night first.

Dining at Il Pastaio in the evening was wonderful. All of the staff members were welcoming and kind upon our arrival. We sat outside on the patio which was beautiful with the string lights. Our server Michael was the star of the show. He was genuinely kind and happy when serving us. He answered any questions we had about the menu and shared great recommendations. We ordered the Cesar salad which was great as well as the Justin Bieber pasta and the Truffle Pasta. Both delicious. The truffle pasta was to die for, Michael’s recommendation which we loved. We also had cocktails which were tasty- Lychee and Espresso Martinis. We topped it off with a birthday desert that was delicious, an apple pie-like desert with ice cream. Overall we laughed, we ate and had the best time.

Pasta was good and Pana Cotta too. The beef carpaccio no taste at all. Service was horrible have to ask many times. And guess what they charged $1.5 for bread !!!

Il Pastaio is a lovely restaurant in Beverly Hills. The decor and ambience are very nice. Celebrating our 25th anniversary and wanted a special place. The food was delicious and prepared very well. I had the Chicken Milanese and my wife the seafood pasta. Both tasty. The bus-person was very attentive with more water and bread, etc. However our waiter seemed disinterested or distracted most of the time. We ate a bit early to attend an event, and the restaurant was not busy at that time. Unclear as to what was more important to the waiter than helping us. We felt a bit rushed in an empty dining room. Regardless, enjoyed our meal and would recommend to others.

We got there and we were sat so quick and the waiter was also very nice! We got the Homemade pasta with truffle on the cheese wheel and also Paccheri allá Justin Bieber! We both thought the Paccheri pasta was so much better! It had so much flavor! 10/10
