    Very good service good meatball appetizers excellent linguine. I would highly recommend also the pork chop. The waiter and staff were patient and efficient. Can't wait to go back. Wasn't impressed with my Old Fashioned Cocktail, but everything else was great.

    Il Fornaio remains a downtown Sacramento favorite. There’s validated parking, the architecture is lovely and food is very good. Brian, our server was professional. There’s pasta, pizza, chicken, as well as steak. Wine by the glass and reasonable bottle selections. My pasta with meat sauce and wife’s chicken were tasty. I recommend the dark chocolate gelato along with freshly brewed coffee. I recommend Il Fornaio and know that you will enjoy it too.

    My fiance and I dined for Thanksgiving dinner. I ordered a seafood dish with four seafoods and he ordered classic Thanksgiving. his was "ehhh" and mine was AMAZING! Holiday drinks were terrible.

    We requested a booth, and they gave us a table. We had good reasons why we needed it, but I guess that wasn't available for us. It kind of made the night uncomfortable in more ways than one.

    The food was absolutely amazing. I love that they had other dinner choices besides thanksgiving food. The pasta I got was so good. So delicious.

    We enjoyed a Thanksgiving dinner. The meal was delicious and the service was impeccable. We were very impressed how the kitchen could turn out so many dinners that were not in their normal (Italian) repertoire, while still offering their standard menu items. The staff was friendly, professional, and gave personal attention without being intrusive. All in all, it was a perfect time.

    Food was excellent. Service was also great. The portions of the meal were perfect but I wish I skipped the soup and salad. my appetite is less than it use to be. My dad and I have been dining out for Thanksgiving for years and we agreed this was the best food. Loved having a choice for ham.
