This beautiful restaurant is a short walk away from Madison Square Park, Il Fiorista means The Florist in Italian, where we explore botanical ingredients in our brunch, dinner, and bar menus. Much like Italian cuisine this allows for local and seasonal produce, we source from the Union Square Greenmarket and local producers. Il Fiorista is open seven days a week for dinner and aperitivo hour, also weekend brunch with indoor and patio seating featuring specials from our extensive wine list and cocktails. Also our private dining is available for large parties and events.

Belissimo!! Great place to enjoy an amazing meal with wonderful atmosphere and great music .. branzino and pappadelle were delicious!! Would definitely come back next time in town!

We choose this restaurant for pre theatre because they had Lobster pasta dishes that my GF likes. This was our first time there nothing but big tables and very small bistro style tables for two. We had to move our table because we we stuck next two tables of 10 and the door. I ordered a very nice bottle of Baralo for $250, the wine was warm and I sent it back. The 2nd bottle was no better but I kept it cause we were on a time crunch and gf gets upset with me when I complained about wine. It was evident that they stored it poorly. Her pasta was not good little lobster meat that was diced so small it was not even a fork full. She said the sauce was bland. I had the steak and it was so bad I couldn’t even eat 1/2 of it. I have had better meals at a dinner. The service was good but if had not been for the expensive wine I don’t think we would have received so much attention. They were nice enough to remove the food from the bill. Two of the big shots who run the place asked me about the meal. I told them both it’s either bad meat you buy or the chef. In this case it’s both.

Dear James, thank you for posting your review. We sincerly apologize for not meeting expectations, all of our attempts clearly failed. This time of the year we do have some larger tables of families and friends celebrating the holidays however we absolutely provide the same great service and attention to all of our guests regardless of what they spend in wine. Great quality food and service. Set menu with wine pared with each dish. Was very tasty. Lovely atmosphere.

I couldn’t have chosen a better restaurant to enjoy all by myself it was just perfect in every way even the branzino which I don’t normally eat was perfect

This was the perfect spot for a get together with friends. Not a million dollar celebrity chef destination, but excellent fresh and innovative menu splendidly prepared and presented. The room is light and airy, and the staff is attentive from start to finish. The fried foods were especially notable - wonderfully crisp and light. Highly recommended all around.

Such a cute spot to get together with girlfriends! Standard but delicious brunch fare, beautiful and bright interior decor and ambience, and quiet enough to talk and catch up with guests. My only feedback is that there were a few times throughout our meal where the servers and even the host were huddled together around the bar and rarely looked up, with no one else on the floor. At one point, It took 5 minutes of raising my hand to get even a single person’s attention- and this is with the restaurant at perhaps 30% capacity. Perhaps a great spot if you’re not in any rush.

Simple classic menu, quality ingredients, cooked really well. Friendly, fast, and efficient service. Nice ambiance. All at a reasonable price. Thumbs up.

Saturday brunch was delicious. Our server Angel was excellent offering great recommedations and details on the ingredients of the dishes. Really appreciated the acoustics because we could barely hear the table seated next to us.
