A disappointing experience. I ordered a salad with pears, blue cheese, pecans, and butternut squash topped with salmon, but what arrived was shaved butternut squash with Parmesan cheese and a small piece of salmon. It took forever to get my waiter’s attention, only to be told that some ingredients were excluded due to my allergy list, even though I’ve had the same salad at other restaurants without any issues. I would have happily chosen another dish had I known. When the manager eventually came by, he didn’t initially apologize, just nonchalantly asked how the meal was. By then, my friend was already halfway through her chicken Parmesan, which she found average, and the pasta was al dente—not something she’d order again. While they did take my salad off the bill, leaving my drink on felt like a missed opportunity to make up for the poor experience. The bright spot of the evening was the welcoming hostess and the bartender who made an excellent margarita mocktail.

We loved being at the bar with Adam, Kat, Edis, and Lisa. It was truly like being with friends and the vibe was perfection!!!! Keep up the great work!!!

The service was excellent- our server Steph was knowledgeable and quick with the food and drinks, as we were trying to get to a movie . The pizza of the day and gem salad were excellent as also the cocktails- paper plane and dirty martini as well as Vermentino wine. The cacio de Pepe that we were greatly looking forward to was very disappointing . It was very soupy and overly buttery and rich- did not taste like the cacio de Pepe we have had in Rome or other Italian restaurants.

We were a little surprised that the Sunday menu is smaller than the rest of the week, but it made our choices a little easier. Everything was so good and the portions were good sized. Our only complaint is we thought the drinks were a little short for the price. And I want to thank Il Fiore for the little treat for my birthday. We'll be back for sure.

This was a disappointing dining experience. The first server greeted us and never returned to our table. Once we got another server’s attention after sitting at the table for 15-20 minutes, it took another 20 minutes to get a drink order in. The food was ok - salads were underwhelming and overpriced. The main dishes were good and hot. The ambience was pleasant and the new decorating is attractive, but I would be hesitant to return to this restaurant given the overall quality of the experience.
