il Bracco is an upscale Italian restaurant in the heart of Uptown, Houston, located in Post Oak Plaza. Our menu features handmade pastas, fresh salads, hand-cut steaks & seafood, and an extensive yet approachable wine list.

Breads, pasta and dessert are made from scratch, in house daily.

Our dining room is made of intimate booths with a full service bar and cocktail lounge, as well as a quiet patio with an outdoor fire place.

Great experience and phenomenal service from Michelle, Sam, and the entire staff! We celebrated my mom’s 63rd birthday and she was over the moon! Food was delicious! Will be back again & again!

When you first walk in, the smile on the hostesses face was genuine. She acted like we were her favorite customers. This started the night out beautifully. Our waiter was attentive, but let us visit with each. He was great! Again- a genuine smile and seemed happy to have us there. I ordered the chicken piccata. It was excellent!

UNREAL FOOD AND SERVICE!!! 100/10! The food was some of the best Italian I’ve had EVER. Skyler and Kyle were amazing and so hospitable!

Had an amazing lunch! The staff was attentive, never had to ask for my water to be filled, and the featured Cioppino was phenomenal!! This had become my go to spot for lunch and dinner.

Food was mediocre at best. Mixed cocktail was subpar for the cost. Restaurant ambience and service were good. I probably would not go back

I hosted an out-of-town client for lunch at iL Bracco on Friday, November 8, as they specifically requested a high-quality Italian restaurant, and iL Bracco did not disappoint! We started with two appetizers: meatballs and roasted artichokes. Both were beautifully presented and portioned perfectly as light starters. The meatballs were richly seasoned and tender, while the roasted artichokes were delicately flavored, providing a fresh and well-balanced beginning to our meal. For our main courses, we enjoyed a wonderful mix of options. Three of us chose the spinach tortellini, which was creamy, flavorful, and beautifully plated. Another guest opted for the salmon fillet, accompanied by an incredible smoked cauliflower side—an unexpected and standout addition that truly elevated the dish. Another chose the shrimp pasta, featuring tender shrimp and pasta that absorbed the sauce to perfection. Each entrée was prepared with care, and everyone at the table thoroughly enjoyed their selections. We couldn’t resist finishing with something sweet, so we shared a tiramisu for dessert, paired with espresso and cappuccinos. The tiramisu was light and creamy, with just the right coffee flavor to end the meal on a high note. Our server, Derrick, provided outstanding service—attentive, knowledgeable, and prompt throughout the lunch, ensuring everything ran smoothly. Bar service was quick, our drinks arrived promptly, and the restaurant was spotless, including the exceptionally tidy bathrooms, which showed the staff’s commitment to a quality dining experience. All in all, iL Bracco surpassed our expectations for a business lunch, and it’s safe to say we’ll be back!
