Robb came to our table before we placed good orders. I explained to him my food allergies and we went through other options for me to order instead of the listed sides already on the menu for the sea bass. My meal was exemplary! The sea bass perfectly grilled and I ate it all. It was my husband’s birthday and everyone at the table loved their dishes. If I could, I would eat there every night. We give thumbs up to all the chefs in the kitchen. Most importantly, I was not sick after I ate last night or this morning. I’ll be B.A.C.K!

I was excited to bring my husband to Ignite Steakhouse to celebrate his birthday. We were served bread and water. After placing our order, we were excited to try our meals, only to be disappointed. Anthony, the security guard at the entrance to the casino, came to our table and asked for my driver’s license yet again. After about 15-20 minutes, Anthony returned and stated that we had to leave because something flagged on my license from 2018. He said if I didn’t leave that I would be arrested. My husband and I obliged, but asked to speak with a supervisor. We were walked out to meet James, the security supervisor. He stated we had to leave because of something that flagged on my license. I asked him what was it because I have a clean record, never been arrested and work in the healthcare field. James stated he couldn’t tell me because he could not see and gave me a number to call the following morning. Neither my husband or I were pleased with this service for we felt we were profiled for the color of our skin. We will be contacting upper management regarding this matter. I will not recommend this restaurant to anyone in the future.

A wonderful find. Steak was excellent. Mushrooms were only ok. Service excellent. Good wine list. All good.

Ignite Steak House had amazing service, food and atmosphere. We had an awesome server by the name of Sylas. We will definitely request him when we return.

My biggest disappointment was two of us were celebrating our birthday and that wasn’t given any special recognition. I put it on my reservation and told the waiter. Vincent was excellent though.

Everything about the restaurant was amazing. The issue was that the casino had a live band stationed close to the restaurant and the noise level was very loud.

Make a point to go to Ignite every time we are in town! Our server Vincent and the rest of the staff always makes us feel welcome and appreciated. Vincent especially goes above and beyond, he always remembers our favorite drinks and our usual order down to a T!

Excellent food and service. The best we have ever had. We drive 3.5 hours to go to this casino and the highlight is eating at Ignite Steakhouse.
