This morning, I was warmly greeted and escorted to my reserved table at Idol Wolf - 21c. Paula made expert recommendations for cocktails and brunch in detail. My guest and I followed her suggestions for foods and flavor combinations and were amazed. We left agreeing that brunch should be served in courses with well curated cocktails in a beautiful museum like atmosphere. created Thank you to Paula! I feel like a Queen for the day. I will be back for dinner soon.

This is my second time at Idol Wolf. I love the ambience and the artwork! The food was pretty good but several of the items we ordered were not available. Also, it took over 2 hours to get one of our food items. The server seemed slightly annoyed with us even though we hadn’t complained at all. This made me feel uncomfortable because we felt like we were bothering our him anytime he came to our table. The manager came to our table to let us know the food would take another 20 mins (we had already waited over an hour at this point) and the food didn’t come to our table for another 45 mins. When it finally came, the food was burnt and tasted as such. To make up for the several let-downs, the offered us free desert and took half the price of our late item off our bill. Overall, our experience was not what we had wanted and I left feeling embarrassed for picking the restaurant. Our first experience here was much better which only made this visit even more disappointing.

I love the Idol Wolf and recommend the restaurant. The following are intended as constructive criticism. The tapas experience is meant to be slow and in general the staff were very good. The wines we paired with the food were served late leaving us the choice of Waiting for one glass of wine or not interrupting the flow and getting the wine when the course was almost over. The best dish we tried was the hen of the woods which was truly outstanding in every regard We will be back!

We had an early reservation at the Idol Wolf restaurant at the 21C hotel. I am grateful for the early seating because it started out quiet (as our time progressed the noise level increased). We didn't enjoy how close the tables are together. Someone got seated next to us and it was not our vision for a quiet dinner out. I enjoyed a blackberry G&T and both tapas we ordered were so delicious. My husband had the best burger he's ever had. I ordered a Caesar salad and it was not good at all- I couldn't' eat it. However,, we would definitely come back (I just won't order the salad!)

Hello- Thank you for the comments. We are sorry that the atmosphere was to congested. For your next visit request the corner table that is more secluded, we call it table 34. Hope that helps!

The meal was delicious and the service was excellent. The renovation on the building is stunning. This is a great place for a nice date night or gathering with friends.

Excellent food and service. The food was very good and outperformed my expectations. Portion size to price ratio was fair considering the quality.

Food, service and ambiance were excellent! Seated immediately upon our arrival. Started with a Trnquillo, a very nice cocktail made with Tequila. The fried cauliflower was a favorite. I enjoyed my lamb sirloin and stole a couple of Albondigas from my friends plate. All of the Tapas plates were very generous. We could not finish the Spanish Ceasar salad. For Dessert, the Tarta de Santiago almond cake with coffee ice cream was an ideal ending to an excellent meal. My friend has a food allergy and the waitstaff were very courteous to inquire about offending ingredients! A lovely evening!
