Great service but disappointed in the food. Quality of the tuna was okay. Wasabi had no flavor or heat whatsoever. For the price of everything we really feel like this was not worth it.

Unfortunately, our experience was one of the worst we’ve had in a long time. Our food took over an hour to come after we had ordered, it didn’t taste good, and it was not a good value to begin with. Our drinks weren’t filled even after 4 different people came to tell us our food still wasn’t ready. I’m truly not one to complain at all, but it was to the point that if someone had checked on us, we were ready to just get the check and leave without our food. But no one would check on us. They kept saying the kitchen was overloaded but the restaurant was like 60% empty so I’m really not sure what happened.

Excellent sushi and sashimi as you would expect. Nice decor. Good saki selection too. Server was unclear on several aspects but improved as the meal progressed. A bit pricy.

Took my brother here for his birthday liked the Japanese and Chinese menu’s the sushi was excellent was a bit expensive but well worth it

Our server made this experience very enjoyable for us- we thought we’d come in and get our regular sushi orders (we eat sushi very regularly in Canada and were missing it on our trip). But he convinced us to go with a chefs choice sashimi option and have their drunken elephant sake. We learned that the sake we had been drinking regularly (hot) was not pure sake - so learning about this was a really fun experience! Loved both options for food/ wasn’t really filling but we weren’t looking to fill ourselves up it was mostly about trying new things. Up until this point in the trip we hadn’t had very good interactions with Nashville workers / customer service in general so this was very refreshing - our server I forget his name but he was really kind to us, told us a bit about the area - and had some incredible recommendations. Thank you again for making our experience so memorable.

I went here for a birthday dinner and I don’t think anyone should dine here with a group setting. 1. Upon arrival, my name placement was spelled wrong and no one wanted to re-do it. 2. The manager gave a friend of mine a little bit of an attitude after asking if they could charge their phone. 3. I had reservations at 9 and the restaurant closed at 10. My dining experience felt rushed, especially since the restaurant was slow this night. 4. I forgot his name, but our server just acted like he did not want to serve us for the evening and I think it was because of the time my reservation was. My dining experience wasn’t the best, but the food is pretty good. If I were to dine with them again, it would be a takeaway order.

I brought my mom and dad here for a special dinner and we enjoyed every bite more than the last. We ordered egg rolls and jalapeños poppers for appetizers and both were great. The jalapeño poppers were so surprising with the spicy tuna inside. We each ordered small hot and sour soups and were shocked by the size of the “smalls.” Best h&s soup I have ever eaten. Every roll we ordered was better than the next. Our favorites were the predator and the lion king rolls. Our server, Alexander, was so kind and welcoming and was patient going over all of the different rolls. Overall: this is the best sushi spot in Nashville, and I have been to them all. I also found that the value was there and all of the rolls were priced accordingly. Also worth mentioning, the SA’s and/or food runners were also welcoming and checking on us and everyone seemed attentive. 11/10 dining experience.
