For two decades now Ignacio Blanco has been a trailblazer in America for modern Spanish cuisine, first in TriBeCa at Meigas and other restaurants he’s opened in Connecticut. The current Ibiza Kitchen, opened in 2018, is one of his finest efforts, and there simply is no more affable host than he, ever passionate about introducing you to, or adding to your knowledge of, a style of food that is, as he says, a way of life in Spain.

This was my first time at Ibiza. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food and their personalized service. The fish was very fresh and well cooked and so was the duck and steak we had at the table. The tapas we ordered we slaps delicious. I will definitely visit again.

First visit to Ibiza Kitchen, but definitely not the last! We thoroughly enjoyed our dining experience - from drinks to apps to main courses. I highly recommend!

Great food and service! The tuna app and crispy rice was amazing, and so was my main dish of Sea Bass. Desserts were really good

Been to a lot of restaurants in Westchester and all the great ones and good ones in New York City. I love Ibiza. The food is excellent. The ingredients are ingredients are high-quality and the food comes out hot.

Very good food, with a sophisticated twist, attentive service but a bit disjointed. Good cocktails. Very high prices for westchester, even if it’s chappaqua.

We had been wanting to go to Ibiza Kitchen for quite a while and we finally went for our 6th anniversary dinner. The food was excellent and the service was also very good! It’s on the more expensive side, but we knew what to expect and we will be back for another special occasion!:)

this is a lovely restaurant with very nice and comfortable ambience and very tasty food. However the meal was way too expensive for what you get. The portions are tiny . Therefore you need to order several to equal a meal's worth. Each small dish is costly and so are the drinks. I dont know if I will return for just an ordinary Saturday night meal unless it is an occasion. My friends who have gone feel the same way.
