Here at iâl Restaurant, we are passionate about creating an excellent dining experience whilst caring for our environment. iâl Restaurant offers only the best contemporary cuisine, produced using a mix of home grown and locally sourced Welsh ingredients. Using the Welsh and European Farm to Fork strategy, we farm our own meat, grow our own fruits and vegetables, and produce our own dairy with our colleagues at Northop and Llysfasi farm. In collaboration with Coleg Cambria, we introduce to you a fresh approach to dining, here in the heart of Wrexham town centre. In light relaxing surrounding, submerse yourself with friends and family in our beautiful retreat. Where the music is acoustic and the lights dimmed, come sample our signature 15 hour cooked beef brisket dish or let us choose for you with our weekly specials. If the sound of that doesn't grab your attention, the smell of our fresh focaccia and sourdough we bake everyday will.

Our famous Bottomless Brunch has a new home on our calendar. The first Saturday of every month, we host an afternoon of laughs, free flowing drinks and scrumptious food. So, looking for a way to catch up with friends, family or evening spending time with colleagues. We've got an offer for you. Two hours of fun food, cocktails & fizz. Songs from the decades on repeat and maybe a sing song from the bar staff (don't hold your breath on that one) What's included: 2 hour time slot per booking Tasty baked goods from ial Bakery One brunch item from the menu Free flowing prosecco, seasonal cocktails and local draught lager Payment of £30 on booking. Available between 11am - 3pm

Would thoroughly recommend the Saturday brunch. Excellent value for money. The food and service outstanding. The cocktails and Prosecco kept coming. Really made the start of my sister’s 70th and niece’s 40th incredible. We’ll be back.

It was a lovely experience, excellent food, service was first class and such a fantastic ambiance. We always enjoy every visit looking forward to our next one we have never been disappointed with the standard of cuisine here and always nice to try different dishes with Welsh Twists……..Delicious 👍🏼

Fantastic place to eat, food exceptional quality and presentation. Don't expect big portions Iâl focuses on quality, taste and presentation. Staff are superb, attentive and focused. You do need to book as it gets very busy Parking in the library or Waterworks car parks so within easy walking distance. Toilet facilities within the building, again spotlessly clean

Excellent meal staff couldn't be faulted. Will certainly return as this is by far the best restaurant in the Wrexham area
