HYUN offers the first wagyu omakase using whole cattle in the states. Beyond the beef grading system focused on marbling, We serve the best wagyu that meets the HYUN's standards over 30 different cuts based on each's specific taste and shape. We are not just serving good food, you are going to have a new experience of dining and another level of Korean Culture.

Daily special cuts selected by the chef 8 - 10 cuts + encore $130. Daily special cuts selected by the chef 15+ cuts with marinated wagyu + encore $165. A meal consisting of various Japanese A5 wagyu cuts selected by the chef. The prix fixe Japanese A5 wagyu courses which include encore part. All You Can Eat Japanese A5 wagyu. Seating time: 90-minute time limit starts with the first order. Last order should be made before 20 mins before the end of seating time. All of the party must be present to be seated. Entire party must order the same option. No take-out on any leftover meat. Any meat leftover will result in additional charge of $25 per person. The serving cuts depend on the supply for the day. Cuts cannot be chosen

Just really overpriced for what you get. For almost $500 just for 2 people, it’s just not worth it. We got the set and two drinks but had to order more food because just wasn’t enough. I can go to so many other fine dining restaurants pay $200 less and get a farrrr better experience. Ambience was really nice, but other than that food was not memorable and although our server was good the staff hovered so much. Wouldn’t go back.

Great experience at HYUN. We were seated in a private booth that felt so intimate. Our grill master, TK, was very knowledgeable and charismatic cooking every piece of wagyu perfectly.Our server was equally great and fast. Their cocktails were amazing as well. I was a little weary from other reviews of the 90 minute seating time however, I think it was timed perfectly and left so satisfied. Will definitely come back.

I had a lovely time at Hyun with my family, a group of 9. Although the restaurant is meant to accommodate up to 8 people, they kindly made an exception for us. The beef dish was absolutely delightful. We also sampled various side dishes, but my personal favorite was the uni - it was incredibly fresh and delicious. To finish off our meal, we enjoyed some naeng-myun, which ad a delicious broth. I highly suggest trying the naeng-myun. The service was exceptional, and all the staff were very welcoming. It was definitely money well spent.

Amazing experience. Our server, Golf, was so nice and attentive and it felt like we were the only ones in the restaurant. Even though the dining room was completely booked.

Food was good. Service was good. There’s a 90 min limit. Time starts at your reservation time, not when you’re seated. But we had to wait 10 mins to be seated. $159 per person all you can eat. There’s a catch. They only give 12 cuts on first serve. The waiter cooks it for you. He only asked what else we wanted AFTER we ate all of first served. It would be nice to be asked what else we wanted just before finishing food. We can only order 3 types of cuts after the first serve. We were limited to 1 piece of 3 cut choices after the first serve. Not all 12. It took time for second serve to arrive on table. It took time for waiter to cook our meat. So, eat all you can hardly applies. There’s a lot of wait time. 90 mins passed quickly without having to feel $159 to be worth it. We felt rushed because we were told there’s another reservation party coming. For 4 of us with 2 sodas, cocktail drink & mineral water was $886.66. I’d rather bring my business elsewhere.
