   Loud rock and rock music in a classy restaurant. For us it completely ruins the experience. The food was ok, mediocre cuts of beef for an extremely high cost. Service was uncomfortable if not a little weird. I would not go back again.

   It’s always nice to go there. Food is very consistent. Service is always nice & staff is friendly.

   2 of us ordered the beef Wellington and both were very disappointed. Will never order that again.

   My guest and I came early for dinner. We were tempted by Hy's "Cheese Toast", but you'll have to guess whether we ordered it. (It's the best you'll ever have, and is not like mom's slice of chees on a hamburger bun). I love the Ribeye Steak. Nothing tastes as good. First, you must have the Caesar Salad. If anyone says "I can make a steak and I can make a baked potato", I say "well, maybe", (though I doubt it's as good or in as nice a room), but there's NO WAY anyone makes a Caesar Salad quite like the staff at Hy's. Tonight, it was 'Andy' making ours, and it was perfect! Whoever instructs the staff does a seriously good job, because every salad is as it should be. Magnificent! I've had Caesar's all over town and no one makes them like this or tastes even close to as good.

   New York Strip steak was prepared and cooked to perfection. Cheese toast was sublime and will definitely come back for it!

    The service was excellent. Steak was fantastic. Best steak. Mushrooms were awesome. I suggest not getting medium well as wife ordered and did not come out as asked. They did take care of it. I ordered medium rare and it was perfect. Awesome cut of beef.
