Le Hy's Toronto propose tout ce que l'on peut attendre d'un steakhouse classique, dans une atmosphère élégante et haut de gamme. À l'entrée, le salon chic invite à savourer des martinis à la fraîcheur parfaite. Et chaque coin repas est encore plus magnifique que le précédent, depuis la première salle, avec le célèbre barbecue en son milieu, en passant par l'atrium ouvert baigné de lumière, jusqu'à la mezzanine intime avec sa cheminée confortable et ses armoires à vins en acajou. Vêtus de blanc, les serveurs vous guideront avec professionnalisme et bonne humeur. La carte des vins médaillés vous séduira avec d'excellentes sélections provenant du monde entier. Server was a bit curt as we were not drinking and ordered from the bar menu. I suppose she was disappointed that it wasn’t a higher bill.

We were early for our reservation and so were seated at a bar table; we were not offered our table when it was ready and had to stay in the bar all night. Pretty disappointing. Food was excellent, but not the experience we hoped for.

We parked our vehicle with the valet and noticed the following morning that the driver rear rim was damaged

We had Liz as a server and she was amazing, so accommodating to my family and I. I came with my almost 3 year old, and she never made me feel out of place. Granted, he's a really well behaved boy, but still a gamble! it was such a good experience for my son to have, and Liz made it so memorable for us. My mom and I got the gorgonzola steak and Neptune steak and both were excellent...cooked perfectly. We also shared a side of cream corn that my mom still can't stop talking about! It was our birthday (my son and I) and Liz brought out some ice cream for my son and the creme brulee that I ordered. It was my mom's first time trying creme brulee and she loved it! And she's picky! I just enjoyed the experience so much and I appreciate Liz being so accommodating and polite. She knew the menu so well, and explained all the differences in the dishes for us so we were well educated before making our decision. I really appreciate her and the quality of food. We also talked with the band that was playing and they were so sweet and talkative with my son. Overall, I felt so good leaving. Amazing experience.

- we specifically noted in our reservation that it was for birthday but waitstaff had no idea. - all the staff were polite but not seemed friendly, our waiter was better smiling more - ambience is nice but we had a big group next to us (10-12) so that made it very noisy - took quite a while to get the main course after appetizer but when the food came, while plate is hot the food is just warm - food quality is good though not sure it lives up to the price

We went to Hy’s to celebrate my husband’s birthday. From the moment we were greeted at the front door to the moment we left we were provided with the most courteous, professional service one could ask for. Our meals were both prepared to perfection and were absolutely delicious. The ambiance was wonderful, relaxing, and the live music from the lounge drifted tastefully throughout the restaurant. We are looking forward to returning.
