Le Hy's Steak House - Calgary est le petit dernier des restaurants raffinés, le premier Steakhouses du Canada depuis 1955. Cet établissement affiche une décoration moderne avec des lignes épurées et des textures de cuir, de velours, de bois et de pierres, revisitant ainsi le steakhouse classique. Il est également dotée d'une rôtisserie vitrée circulaire permettant de griller des steaks canadiens de qualité sur du charbon de bois. Le bar en forme de fer à cheval est entouré de différents types de coins salon et repas à la fois spacieux et intimes. Le menu propose des recettes classiques et nouvelles.     As always the food and service were perfect. The downside was we were seated near the disc jockey and the music was loud enough that conversation was almost impossible.

    The new chairs in the lounge are horrible! The upper support is grossly uncomfortable, not good if I want to hang out and drink for hours! The bottom of the chair rubs against the upper part of my expensive leather shoes! Terrible

    Outstanding service, food and wine were superb. The perfect place to celebrate my son’s 25th birthday! Dino treated us so well, making our evening special. We were impressed by Dino’s high level of service, attentiveness, care, knowledge and recommendations throughout the evening. Thank you!!

    From the moment we walked through the door everything was top notch. Our waiter, Bruce, was outstanding. The food was amazing and the cocktails……wow.

    I am a repeat customer here I come here for the great food great service. I’m walking in and they say hello. They all remember everybody. They do a great handshake. Nice to see you again. Everyone has great people skills. I’ve never had to send any of the food ever back the food is always top-notch quality. The audience is great. If you become a little bit later, they have music playing Piano playing guitar. Definitely a 5 Star Pl. happy hour is the longest happy hour in downtown 3 to 7 PM so you don’t have to rush take your time and enjoy great conversation great food and great people. Thanks for being in the core of the downtown Calgary.
