The staff was great! From the hostess who was very friendly and accommodating on a busy night, to our waiter, and his partner/wife Megan. Our appetizer was an amazing! Strongly suggest the lobster escargot style. Unfortunately, our steaks were just mediocre. One steak was over cooked and the other came out grey with no charring on the outside. Maybe just an off night in the kitchen?

We alway love dining here, tonight the service was very poor and very slow. Even when a manager asked if we needed anything and we asked for to go containers, we didn’t get them. Waited 45 min for dinner and 20 min for to go containers and the bill. Definitely won’t seat in our servers section again.

Food and service always good. Front room can get noisy, especially with a large birthday group nearby. Will definitely ask to be put in main dining area next time.

Orders were wrong, food cold, entrees not served sane time. Servers not attentive. Chagrin Blvd . location much better.

Was a very quiet night, we were maybe one of five total tables. Fantastic service but they did not acknowledge our celebration at all.

Food and service was exceptional. Only issue is the noise level. Was at times difficult to have good conversation because of noise level.
