The food was delicious. Our waiter and service were outstanding. A beautiful way to celebrate. We will be back.

Gone downhill a bit recently. Service was very slow. Pretzel sticks weren’t warm. Meals weren’t served as ordered but we didn’t have time to wait around and send them back. Waitress disappeared for long periods of time. Valet took 20 minutes to get car with only one attendant. Manager Brian was very friendly and did check in on us a few times though!! We’ll still go back and hope it was just a blip of a night.

Went for our daughter’s birthday. Requested for bar area, window seating as the tables that are suited for 4. Received a table small enough for 2 next to the bar and had terrible service, to no fault of our server who doubled as the bar tender, which unfortunately spoke volumes to the service we received. We requested for the bread basket, did not receive. Requested for water number of times. Food came out with no dishes to eat on so 4 of us ate straight from platters served. Side dishes were overly cooked and salted. We were told they cannot decorate dessert dishes with birthday celebrations or add a candle. We left and had drinks and dessert at a restaurant close by called Pernoi. Disappointed for a restaurant we have come to for years. Both Novi and Birmingham locations have been great in previous visits. What happened? Obviously not a special occasion place.

We had a great time, the meal was excellent, great service, and we liked the atmosphere. The valet wasn't great, long wait to get the car. Probably, will not use the valet next time.

All overall a great evening with family and friends. One thing, they didn't have the solid ice ball for drinks due to the maker not working. Should have been informed of that prior to the drinks being brought to the table. Server and manager apologized and the drinks were taken off the final check.

The evening had to be special because it our 6 year wedding anniversary. From the moment we stepped foot on the premises, the evening elevated in every way imaginable. The ambiance was breath taking and the service was exceptional. Now, let’s talk about the food. I had the best fries I ever had in my life at Hyde Park. Everything was cooked to order and received in a timely fashion. My lobster and shrimp were cooked to perfection, and the asparagus was mind blowingly delicious!!! Our server was attentive and he made sure the overall experience was top tier. As of now, this is the best steakhouse I’ve ever visited.

One steak was overcooked a charges for two extra drinks, which happens every single time I go there. The waitress was very, very slow.

Had the worst experience, including not receiving appetizers that were ordered, steaks came wrong, sides didn’t arrive till after steaks had already been eaten, one steak was sent back and didn’t arrive till others had already finished meal. Manager was unapologetic and service was subpar
