I will never go back there again. My wife and I went there tonight. I ordered the ribeye medium. It came to the table like a hockey puck. It was so overcooked. I sent it back, and they brought it back Raw. I sent it back and the 3rd time it was overcooked again. Then, the manager was unprofessional with me. Also, my wife ordered fillet well done, and it came to the table rare. I have been there at least 2-3 times a month for the last 2 years and will never go back. Looks like I will be going to Capitol Grill and Ocean Prime from now on. Stay away from this place. This was the 3rd bad experience I have had in the last 2 months.

Not sure if we caught them at a bad time but overall it was JUST okay. We waited a long time for our food to come out, and when it did come out it was just okay. I ordered the 8oz filet medium and it came out more medium well and didn’t taste all that great. We ordered spinach and garlic, and garlic whipped potatoes. The garlic potatoes were the best thing we ordered. They offered us a free dessert since we waited a long time for our food and it took them even longer to come out with the dessert. The restaurant has a nice atmosphere but IMO the food and wait was not worth the price. Glad we tried something new (new to us) but don’t think we will be returning.

Steak was ordered with no seasoning and had so much pepper it could hardly be eaten. Manager offered us a free desert as compensation and had an enormous piece of carrot cake which was superb.

Tuna was gray not fresh had to send back. Filet was dry mostly due to the fact they cut it open to check, no it was not a split like they tried to explain. We are regulars and usually have no complaints but this visit was not their best. Manager should have come to table apologized and offered compensation even though we did not ask

While visiting the area I found this location and it was highly rated. Gave it a try and it was fantastic. Food was excellent. Service was second to none. Great atmosphere in the heart of Birmingham.

4 of us had apps and drinks in the bar during happy hour then each couple shared a steak meal in the dining room for dinner with sides and wine. Great service, excellent food. Be prepared to pay- it’s expensive.
