The evening had to be special because it our 6 year wedding anniversary. From the moment we stepped foot on the premises, the evening elevated in every way imaginable. The ambiance was breath taking and the service was exceptional. Now, let’s talk about the food. I had the best fries I ever had in my life at Hyde Park. Everything was cooked to order and received in a timely fashion. My lobster and shrimp were cooked to perfection, and the asparagus was mind blowingly delicious!!! Our server was attentive and he made sure the overall experience was top tier. As of now, this is the best steakhouse I’ve ever visited.

One steak was overcooked a charges for two extra drinks, which happens every single time I go there. The waitress was very, very slow.

Great food, reasonably priced and great for food allergy’s. They said they have separate cooking surfaces and oils for different allergies and keep note any allergies for the next time you come in.

I’m writing to express my disappointment with the service we received last night while celebrating my son’s birthday. Unfortunately, the experience fell far short of our usual expectations. The lobster that was served was clearly old and had an unpleasant odor, which completely ruined our appetites. Additionally, despite informing the staff of our food allergies, my child was still served a bun with sesame seeds, which could have posed a serious risk. While our waitress did her best to accommodate us, even she seemed aware of how unacceptable the situation was. We’ve always had positive experiences with your restaurant, which is why this was such a letdown, especially on such a special occasion. I hope this feedback will help prevent similar situations in the future.
