A Saturday evening in Birmingham, 7 pm reservation to sit in the bar area. We were seated immediately on arrival. Megan was our server, took good care of us despite having a lot of tables ……. Calamari app 5 star Crab cake app 3.5 star We shared a burger… very good 4.5 star Fries and onion straws…. Perfect Raspberry sorbet and a caramel cheesecake at the end 5 star. Quite ambiance, easy to talk .… All in all a good visit, we will return

Loved this the dauphinoise potato’s and creamed corn. Delicious! Filet was medium not medium rare and not tender. You need a steak knife to cut it.

My wife and I recently celebrated our 3-year anniversary at Hyde Park Steakhouse in Birmingham, MI, and the experience was nothing short of incredible. The food was divine—my wife enjoyed a beautiful, perfectly cooked Salmon, while I savored every bite of the Creekstone Farms steak, which was truly cooked to perfection. However, the highlight of the evening wasn’t just the food, but Darren, who orchestrated our entire dining experience with impeccable service. His attention to detail, professionalism, and genuine care elevated our night to something unforgettable. With a restaurant of this caliber, would not expect to have to send items back for being prepared differently than requested. Particularly the steak. It is a steakhouse. Asked for a medium well filet and it was medium rare. Had already cut into it and it was taken back to kitchen for further cooking but because technically it was already butterflied, it was well done by that point, actually dry and burnt. Service was slow. Cappuccino was frankly awful and tasteless, not to mention so unbelievably hot that it seemed it could only have been microwaved to get to that temperature. Very disappointed.

Slow start with service Ordered drinks and appetizers when he finally came and we got appetizers before drinks. Asked for bread couple times , that came after we finally ordered dinner w our salads . Second drink took long long time too. Very slow bar service for sure . We were there every bit of two hours !!

Everyone was so amazing. Our waiter Nick was the best and made it such a great time and Louise the dining manager was amazing and made it feel very personal. I would absolutely recommend.

The service and the food were both excellent. Definitely recommend for a special occasion. If you’re into dessert… their cake slices are the slice of a whole cake! so good!
