   Not Hyde Parks best night , things were slow and more or less sloppy all night- also both steak were undercooked

   Service slow and place is a bit run down. Needs an upgrade not what it used to be in quality or service.

    My girlfriend and I had the pleasure of dining at Hyde last night, and I can honestly say it was one of the best dining experiences we’ve ever had. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm and inviting — but what really set the night apart was the exceptional service and outstanding food. First, I have to give a huge shoutout to Christopher, our server, who was nothing short of phenomenal. He was attentive without being intrusive, knowledgeable about the menu and wine pairings, and made us feel like VIP guests the entire night. It’s rare to see someone so genuinely passionate about delivering great service. The bar staff deserves major recognition as well — not only were the cocktails creative and perfectly balanced, but watching them work was like watching true artists at their craft. Every drink was made with care and precision, and they were happy to recommend some of their signature options that ended up being some of the best cocktails we’ve ever had. And then there’s the food — absolutely outstanding. Every course was cooked to perfection. The steak was incredibly tender, flavorful, and perfectly cooked to our liking. The sides and appetizers were just as impressive — fresh, flavorful, and beautifully plated. All in all, this was an unforgettable dining experience that exceeded all expectations. If you’re looking for a place where service, drinks, and food are all equally top-notch, this is it. We can’t wait to come back!

   If the noise level were lessened we would have had a perfect experience. The server and our meal were both superb.

   Food was good, service was pretty good. Restaurant week menu was more limited than I hoped for.

   The restaurant is the best in the Cleveland area. I have always had tender steaks as well as other entrees on the menu and they’ve all been excellent. The environment is elegant and relaxing. I highly recommend Hyde Park.

   I go here once a year because it is thr only place that my fatjer will eat steak on his birthday. It is overpriced for what you recieve. The Early nights menu is the best option for value, or the bar seating,. It also is noisier adter 6:30p. There should be a dress code requirement, such as jackets and no BASEBALL hats, t-shirts, sweatshirts, or tennis shoes. An entire booth of giant looking seven year olds were seated in the dining areal

   We arrived exactly when the restaurant opened at 4:30 with reservations. Had I used the ladies' restroom before eating, I would have turned around and left. It was absolutely filthy. That bathroom had not been maintained at all today; if this is how the restroom is managed, I am concerned about how you maintain your kitchen.
