Welcome to Hyde

Located in the heart of the city, Hyde is a modern, vibrant ambience that flows over 3 distinct floors.

We offer contemporary cuisine with seasonal produce, precise technique & sharing in mind.

An eclectic collection of music for all tasted, stylish rooftop bar and terrace. Hyde is more than just a collection of bars, it's an all encompassing experience for every occasion.

PLEASE NOTE:
Not all of our tables are wheelchair accessible, so please make note of this when making a reservation.
Food is served in our restaurant area only.

Hyde is strictly over 21’s after 9pm. The latest reservation we can take for anyone who is under 21 is at 9pm. ID required and will be checked on the door along with a strict dress code. Reservations do not guarantee entry and the right of admission is reserved. (R.O.A.R)

Very poor service food take ages took 20 mins to get a table after having it booked

We had a booking in the terrace for 5:15pm. When arriving at the venue the bouncer said we were in the wrong place as there was a private function on in the terrace. The manager came over and said the same thing so I showed him my booking on open table and he said he could put us in the restaurant but the terrace was unavailable due to the private function. We ordered drinks in the restaurant and the manager came over and said they had a cancellation in the terrace and a table was now available. When we went up to the terrace there were a lot of empty tables and only 2 other groups of people. It was just a lot of faffing for us as we were only there for one round of drinks and disorganisation on their part.

Gorgeous place lovely staff made us feel very welcome all night. Food and cocktails were amazing, and I'm definitely going back!

This place has so much potential but absolutely no atmosphere whatsoever, drinks and nachos were fav, staff is lovely but no music or vibe bit of a let down for such a nice place

We actually didn't drink or have food in Hyde. It wasn't the type of experience we were looking for. I had booked the rooftop for cocktails, but it was booked for a private event, so we were brought level 2. We decided to leave. Personally it feels more like being in Temple Bar. Won't be back.

The place is stylish and my last visit on the 'cocktails' floor was amazing. However, the rooftop was extremely disappointing. The staff weren't really working as a team and were confused as a result. What was the most off-putting was the fact that after sitting about 15 minutes by our table, we were already being reminded that we need to leave in the next hour and a half. I understand that this is the rule...However, could be approached differently because somehow you just don't really feel welcome and you don't feel valued as a customer. So would I recommend cocktail bar? Yes! Would I recommend the rooftop? Absolutely not.

A floor staff named Calvin was very kind to me and my date, he facilitated our comfortability. The floor staff were very kind and I'm pleased with the experience

Beautiful restaurant. But the service was a bit slow, had to call out or stand to get attention and it wasnt even that full. Food was okay. Loved their cocktail menu, they tasted so good. Would definitely recommend for the cocktail lovers
