We are farmers and distillers, making Husk Rum and Ink Gin on our beautiful 150acre family farm.

Husk Rum is a rare style made from farm to bottle using the finest quality freshly crushed cane juice grown and bottled at Husk Farm.

Ink Gin is boldly unconventional, sparking conversation & making people take note. A true original, Ink brings colour & art to people through gin.

Visit Husk Farm Distillery to learn & discover our spirits, enjoy good drinks and food and relax and connect to this ancient land.

The Husk Distillery Bar & Planter’s Kitchen is open Wednesday-Sunday from 11am with a full cocktail and lunch menu available until 3pm on weekdays and 4pm on weekends (subject to change), and an all day menu available until the kitchen closes.

We are open Mondays & Tuesdays from 11am. Join us and enjoy small plates and grazing boards off our all day menu and have a full choice of tasting flights and cocktails.

Terribly disappointed. The only thing worse than the food was the service, almost non existent. There is more meat on a $10 Coles chicken than a full (double order) of chicken. What was described by the waiter as ‘fall off the bone’ took two people wrestling to eke out tiny bits of flesh that would barely satisfy a single diner, no less be shared. The only passable dish was the burrata, which came with half of the amount of crostini needed to eat it…the rest arrived an hour later after the plates were cleared.

Having visited Husk a number of times, we were excited to visit again in between Christmas and New Year holiday. We were greeted at the entrance with a polite member of staff. Unfortunately we waited half an hour for drinks to arrive and our sharing plates arrived first. The male member of staff was abruptly serving our drinks. We asked for a glass for a beer and he slammed the glass down in some sort of protest. Our classic G&T drinks had rosemary missing as listed on menu. No side plates or cutlery available had to get our own, there did not appear to be any senior staff around to ask. Waitresses were laughing and joking unprofessionally at the restaurant end of the venue. The lack of customer service was evident and very disappointing.

Take a driver we were stuck there for over an hour! no uber no taxi anywhere Terrible!! the courtesy bus i is a stitch up.. he was not at all interested in taking us .. my suggestion get the gin from the bottle shop and serve at home.. a real shame

What a beautiful venue. The food was amazing and just a quiet G & T which was delicious. Absolutely stunning and highly recommend visiting Husk, but make sure you book!

First time being here, was greeted nicely at the door and shown to the table, beautiful setting for the distillery. Ordered with one of the waitresses. Drinks service was very slow waited 15mins for the flight - seen alot of other customers go up to the bar to ask the whereabouts of their drinks too. Food arrived and after 5 mins flagged down a waitress as we were waiting for the burrata, waited another 15mins had to go to the bar to ask again, waitress said someone would come speak to us. Never came back. And then waited again…. had to get up speak to the waitress a third time. Since we had finished everything else and had been at the table 1hr. Supervisor came over and explained they were out of burrata. Fair enough that the lady who took our order didn't know, however surely after the first time we had to ask, someone could have said it was sold out. How we couldnt be told the second time we asked, about 45 mins after ordering is more confusing. We were well and truly over the whole experience and got the bill and left. Supervisor was very kind, but i explained to her once any customer raises an issue they shouldnt be ignored.

Lovely experience. Family from NZ with us. We have not been to Husk for ages and had forgotten how wonderful it is. Food seems to have improved considerably. We had a problem with the food order, the situation was handled impeccabley by your staff. Can't wait to return

The staff were very personable and made the experience even beter. The food was really nice and the atmosphere great. Would definitely return .

Liana and the team at Husk Distillery could not have been more accomodating such a large group as ours today. Nothing was a problem- they kept it simple and gave us a first class experience, just like last time! All the members of Vespa Club Gold Coast were super impressed by the lovely meals and service.
