Named after the famous and majestic Hurrica V sailboat, the design inspiration of teak wooden walls evoke a sense of warmth and
Executive Chef Justin Baade took his love of 'live-fire' cooking by building a custom hearth offering seafood, steak and vegetables either smoked, grilled or cooked in the embers.
Housing the largest, privately owned jellyfish tank, it's a memorizing experience to see the baby jellyfish upclose and personal.
Take a moment to enjoy the custom artwork from various artists and mediums such as wired fish artwork from the Wirelady, or commissioned mosaic artpiece by Angelina Duckett, even our restrooms are a work of art!
We want our guests to have a unique and immersive experience, no only culinary but visually!

    The setting is beautiful along the bay. Our Fish and Chips were delicious and the wait staff personable and attentive. There is a large aquarium with Jelly Fish between the dining room and bar. Highly recommend this restaurant.

    My friend and I had a wonderful, relaxing lunch. We each enjoyed sharing a seafood chowder and then each ordering the delicious prawn salad with the soba noodles and peanuts. Everything was so tasty. We really enjoyed this.

    First time dining at Hurrica. It was the best meal I’ve had in a very long time. Every single employee was friendly and made us feel special. The food was divine!

    Great views and ambience. Never get tired of seeing the jellyfish in the tank. STRONG and delicious drinks. The roasted mushrooms, the dorado fish and the white bass were wonderful. Our wait guy was great and helpful with our dinner selections. A wonderful evening

    Food took forever to come out … except the kids meals which came out immediately and then the rest of us waiting nearly an hour for food - simple orders of just salads and sandwiches. Servers were hard to wave down. Items came out of order. Was celebrating a special birthday and called a day before to make arrangements. Didn’t get to celebrate at all because everything took so long. Super disappointing. Been there before and it’s been great. Location is great.

    Food was yummy. Very expensive steak options ($100+) and fish entrees around $50. Great drinks, beautiful view. It was VERY loud where we sat up against the jellyfish wall that I was shouting at my partner. Our server wasn't very well up to speed on how to modify dishes to be GF (gluten free) or diary free. She packaged up our left overs in a to go back and then set it down on the floor next to the table. Ended up leaving it behind as a result. Plus, who puts food on the floor...
