Located on Chelsea’s Park Walk, HUŎ opened summer 2021 to critical acclaim. Showcasing a unique blend of clean, fresh and healthy Asian food, dishes on Head Chef Yam Bahaeur Gurumg’s menu are all prepared from scratch using traditional Chinese, Thai, Malay and Singaporean disciplines. Favouring a balanced choice of snacks, small plates and mains, highlights include Soft Shell Crab, Siu Mai, Stir-Fried Beef Fillet with Spicy Black Pepper Sauce and Triple-Cooked Dover Sole with Asparagus, Garlic & Chilli. Driftwood colours combined with an abundance of natural light, ensures a fresh and airy ambience and on warmer days the restaurant's frontage is fully opened up serving as the backdrop to several pavement tables and a small terrace. As well as the restaurant, HUŎ boasts a separate bar area where guests can linger over drinks including a fantastic selection of Asian-inspired cocktails, alongside some of the more unusual and often coveted Japanese whiskies, vodkas and craft beer.

Situated towards the back of the restaurant, elegant bleached timber banquettes each sit six and as well as providing a more intimate setting for small group gatherings, can also all be taken collectively to provide a private dining area for up to thirty-six.

Lovely early Sunday evening meal. Restaurant was quiet at that time so service excellent. Food extremely tasty - had duck with pancakes and the Thai sea bass with chillies and lemongrass. Great value for London

Nice food. Good ambience and very good prices. Service is quite good well. I did park my car easily.... Unbelievable.

The tables are set out as a booth with ability to seat 3 teens and 2 chairs for adults on the end but we were not allowed to sit where we wanted as a the waiter said the 2 chairs on the end were going to get in the way so why have them there in the first place. The sister restaurant Uli was more accommodating to our needs. I would recommend Uli. Also all curries contain fish sauce so a curry without fish sauce for vegetarians is needed.

Dear, Sorry for the miscommunicate from the waiter that seated you and family to another booth. Please note, all curries are contained "shrimp paste" that is the main ingredient in curry paste as mentioned, not a fish sauce. That's why it is not vegetarian. We hope you will give us another chance to welcome you back.

HUŎ is he best Asian Fusion restaurant in London. The quality of the fish is unmatched anywhere in the city. The Restaurant wall art sets the ideal mood, the service is great. Higly recommended restaurant.

MSG in all food . Way too much sugar and all dishes , prawn, tofu, veg , mushy and overcooked with sugary similar sauce for all despite menu giving enticing sounding ingredients
