Located in the heart of the Concord CityPlace community, Hunters Landing is a sprawling 380 seat venue with a stunning 2000 square foot patio and a private mezzanine. Hunters Landing also features floor to ceiling windows that fully open to the elements, allowing for a truly unique open concept atmosphere.

The neighbourhood houses Toronto’s most exciting attractions such as the CN Tower, Rogers Centre and the new Ripley’s Aquarium of Canada. It also is home to thousands of residents that choose to engage in urban living at it’s best.

We were visiting from Ottawa and based on the online menu, chose to visit Hunter’s landing. All 5 of us were excited about the first impression. The whole vibe was great. There was good live music and games set up outside. The service however, was horrible. We ordered an appetizer and drinks but never received the appetizer. Then we waited 45 minutes for our meals, only to find most of it stone cold. Our server didn’t once check on us and we had to hunt her down to get the bill. Needless to say this was very disappointing. I’m not one to ever leave a negative review but made exception for this!

Overall, it was good. The servers were very friendly and pleasant. However, a few points were a bit disappointing: something was dripping from the ceiling, and the wait time for cocktails and food was sometimes too long. But still I like the atmosphere.

The servers were very friendly and gave great suggestions on drinks and the food menu. The food was fantastic! Special Note - the Korean Cauliflower had a nice amount of spice without being overwhelming. We also appreciated the round of drinks sent by the manager due to some delays, but we have all worked in the industry and were not unhappy with the service. We enjoyed our experience at Hunter's Landing and are looking forward to our next opportunity to dine there.

My food was burnt. This is only my personal experience, I would hope that normally restaurants wouldn’t put out burnt food, but maybe they don’t have normal standards. I’m not sure

Unfortunately the service was extremely slow and it seemed they weren’t very busy at all. Our food was also unfortunately mediocre at best. Some of our group enjoyed their alcoholic beverages but that was the most enjoyable part of the meal.

We were one of 3 tables there when we arrived. 1 of 2 coffees came first and my mother in law asked for sugar. They brought it out 10 mins later when the second coffee arrived and her latte had already cooled off. We waited about 25-30 mins for our food which wasn’t the biggest issue. The food was ice cold as if it had sat waiting to be brought to us for a while. 2/3 of us did not like our food but no one came to check in on us so we couldn’t comment to anyone. The other guest who did not mind their food, asked for hot sauce 3 times as we watched our server mosey around, looking at the computer, talking to coworkers at the hostess station, etc. He got up to ask the bar for hot sauce as his food is now freezing waiting to start eating when he gets hot sauce. Then the server ran it over and slammed it on the table. She never came back. We asked the hostess after waiting for 15 mins after completing our food for the bill. She brought it after a while of also doing nothing. It was not busy at all. Then we waited for the machine for 20 mins. Went back up to the hostess station and said we’ve been waiting to pay for a long time. She told us someone would be over but again no one was so we said we need to leave we need to pay now. The manager was kind enough to give us a 20% discount which was the only good thing about our experience there. Paying $110 for a meal and experience that was horrible felt unfair but it is what it is. Our server walked by us many times while we waited to pay at the hostess station and never apologized or brought the machine.
