Plan on dining here anytime I’m in the city. We went for my husband’s birthday and they had a card at the table wishing him a happy birthday. The food was delicious and the service was truly excellent!

We were so excited to go to H & F Club to celebrate a birthday after seeing a matinee show. The decor and ambiance are wonderful- we were well received when we checked in for our 7:00 reservation. The service was good, but the food was not up to par. interestingly, our server was not at all concerned when we very nicely told her that the lobster tails were not good. Her response was something to the effect of “hopefully we’ll do better next time”! Instead of “I’m sorry” or “let me talk to the chef or manager” ..nothing. It was obvious from our plates that we didn’t eat most of the tails. There were four of us at the table and we ordered two lobster tails to share (in addition to steaks, sides, apps, etc). The steaks were seasoned well and cooked to our requested temp (medium rare). Unfortunately, we all felt that the quality of the meat was not the best. We were surprised because this restaurant seems like one that would carry the best quality. Dessert was delicious- homemade chocolate ice cream and pear/wine sorbet. Simple, but homemade and delicious. It was one of our party’s birthday and the plate came out with a candle and beautifully decorated. All in all, we were impressed by the location and ambiance of the Hunt & Fish Club, but, especially for the price, we were disappointed by the food and dining experience.

I rarely leave reviews but our dinner last night was nothing short of phenomenal. My partner and I live in the city and go out for dinner fairly often, and we were wowed by our experience. Definitely recommend the ribeye with port wine sauce and the gnocchi. Brian and Rosa were incredibly attentive. A perfect meal.

A beautiful room just off Time just off Times Square - great for pre or post-theatre! Wonderful service and menu selections.

We really enjoyed our evening at Hunt and Fish Club. Beautiful restaurant, amazing service and the food was top notch. The popovers are so good!!!! Highly recommend!

We had an absolutely fantastic experience at this restaurant! From the moment we walked in, the inviting ambiance set the tone for a memorable evening. The décor was stylish and elegant, creating a perfect backdrop for a special occasion. The food was nothing short of exceptional—each dish was beautifully presented and bursting with flavor, showcasing the chef's skill and creativity. The service was impeccable; the staff was attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great time. It was my friend's birthday, and they made it truly unforgettable. Despite being too full to order dessert, the team surprised us with a complimentary birthday dessert, complete with a warm “Happy Birthday” message. It was a thoughtful gesture that left us feeling appreciated and celebrated. This restaurant exceeded our expectations in every way, and we left with smiles on our faces and gratitude in our hearts. I can’t wait to return and highly recommend it for anyone looking for an exceptional dining experience!

Great food and our waiter was great but we walked in to the rudest younger female who wouldn’t even make eye contact and just made curt statements to us. Not a great first impression and certainly not a place you feel welcomed in.
