I recently dined at Humo in San Juan for a second time and it was an exceptional experience. The restaurant's atmosphere struck the perfect balance between modern sophistication and relaxed comfort, making it an ideal spot for a night out. Humo was amazing. From the moment we walked in to the moment we left, we felt so welcomed by the hostess and waitress. They were so polite and treated us so well. We had awful experiences elsewhere during our trip so to finally have quality 5 star service was amazing. Because our appetizer was taking long, the hostess offered us patron shots on the house and was very apologetic about the delay. We all got the Caribbean lobster with mac and cheese and it did not disappoint. We come from the North East of the US where the lobster is saturated in butter but this was perfect. And the desserts were perfection. We ordered all three. They were kind to let us know the time it takes to make each dessert and the great thing is that they are all made fresh and on the spot versus serving a pre frozen dessert. Overall, Humo was a 10/10, exceeded our expectations, and we would recommend it a million times over. The other restaurants in the city should take notes because this is a model and exemplar restaurant with quality service.

Excelente. Las ostras son deliciosas. El servicio muy bueno. En medio de la cena se fue la luz y el personal se esforzó grandemente por cumplir nuestras expectativas.

Muy buen ambiente y buena música de fondo. Excelente servicio y las meseras muy amables. La el aperitivo estuvo muy rico y diferente. Con el plato principal estaba todo muy rico pero uno de los platos que pedimos estaba frío. Realmente no me quejé ni pedí que me lo cambiaran pero pienso que en lo general estuvo muy bueno. Adicional ese día se fue la luz. Y el equipo lo manejó muy bien y lograron continuar con el servicio
