Come in and let the flavor do the talking. Our culinary team takes NW farm to table ingredients to craft a rustic American dining experience. Hudson's décor is nearly as spectacular as the food crafted in our open kitchen concept. Hudson's Bar & Grill is located inside the Heathman Lodge Hotel Vancouver WA.

Executive Chef Joe Reid joins Hudson’s with more than 20 years of culinary experience under his belt. Joe grew up in the Pacific Northwest. After graduating from the Western Culinary Institute, Joe started at a 4 diamond steakhouse in Lake Tahoe. He then moved back to the NW and began his culinary career as a Banquet Chef at the Multnomah Athletic Club. Since then, he has worked in various positions at multiple restaurants including Morton’s The Steakhouse, Salishan Lodge and Brand Chef at Stanford’s. He has a passion for mentoring his team and helping them reach their full potential.

    We've eaten at Hudson's numerous times, so we knew what to expect. This time was no different. The host greeted us, our table was waiting, and our server was extremely friendly without hovering over us. The meal was spectacular (as always), and the setting is excellent. It was our anniversary, and our host and server both congratulated us. It's a 45 minute drive each way, but for sure we'll eat there again, and we highly recommend Hudson's.

    The service was great both at the bar and for dinner and breakfast. I thought the food was very average and that the value for your money was poor. I might eat here again but I wouldn’t go out of my way.

    I invited a friend for lunch for her ninetieth birthday, and she accepted my invitation to Hudson's. The ambience was lovely as usual. The wagyu burger was juicy and delicious. It was not improved by two overcooked slices of bacon. However, because there weren't that many people, we had a quiet lunch topped with a candle in the creme brûlée for the birthday girl.

    Ordered the avocado toast with no egg but added bacon. As advertised, it came with lots of yummy avocado but , unfortunately, my toast wasn’t grilled. While the staff did offer to re-do, I declined but only ate half of it as portions were big. As always, Cecile’s service was outstanding and though my party arrived half an hr late, she was patient and tended to us with her great attitude and service.

    This was my first time at Hudson’s and I thoroughly enjoyed it. I love the mountain lodge decor. I came with a friend for lunch and plan to bring my husband back for dinner. I hope it will be as quiet as it was at lunchtime. Our food was great…prawn salad and open face crab salad sandwich. Our server was pleasant although we could have used a little more attention,

    It has been awhile, since we last visited and it has only gotten better... The corned beef hash was outstanding...and I am in love with their marionberry jam for the toast....My friends california omelet was everything she was hoping for....This is a fantastic place to visit for breakfast....Could they have done anything better.....NO...

    We had a great birthday dinner and the food was great. It’s been a few months since our last visit and after last eating there has me thinking we’ll be returning soon. Service was excellent and my pork chop was so nice and hot, can’t remember the last time I got food that was hot and not just warm.

    We have been coming to Hudson’s for over 20 years. We now live an hour away but it’s still worth the drive to meet our friends at your restaurant to enjoy a great meal!
