If you are looking to enjoy the beautiful Dobbs Ferry waterfront, host a special event, or you are taking the train up from or to Manhattan, Hudson Social is the perfect stop for great food and drinks. Located in the Historic Dobbs Ferry train station house, we offer a cozy and welcoming dining experience.
Our cafe offers an assortment of the finest baked goods, coffee, and fresh juices. Our “all day” menu represents an American Bistro using all-natural and local ingredients.

We feature a spacious indoor dining area, along with outdoor seating & bar. We have ample parking, consisting of our own spaces next to the restaurant, and permits for parking in the Dobbs Ferry commuter lot. We offer entertainment weekly, and we would be happy to cater your next party or event.

As long time "locals" Hudson Social is our favorite go-to place on Thursday summer nights. Always a great experience, outside by the Hudson River. Terrific happy hour and regular casual menu- wonderful music. Friendly service- great food and bar!! We especially love listening to guitarist Peter Calo and his trio!!! The music always sets a perfect vibe for a fun summer evening.

Nice setting, waiter was great as was the food. Wish open table site, or if the host mentioned it or if there was a larger sign up front that let you know a pass was needed to park. Walked out to a ticket on my car. 😕. Aside from that was a lovely evening, great experience.

Great atmosphere on the river. Beautiful views and chill environment. Food was great and service superb! They were also very flexible with us as we had a tennis tournament that was running late, and they totally accommodated us! Many thanks!

Great food and excellent service at Hudson Social! The staff couldn't be nicer or more attentive and our meals were delicious. Highly recommend!

When we got there, the place was empty and they wanted to see us upstairs, which didn’t make any sense but they were quick to accommodate when we said no we wanted to be downstairs

Wonderful location, food was nicely prepared and flavorful. Service was inconsistent. If you can get a table outside definitely the way to go. Noise level inside approaches bowling alley levels. Pricier than I’d expected for what is basically well prepared pub grub.

Food was excellent! Service was very good, moderately attentive, not over-the-top, but just right. We decided to eat indoors, thinking it might be too warm outside for our 89 y.o. mom. However, we regretted our decision. The decor was bland (shabby chic is supposed to be cool, but it was so-so and not appealing to us) and could not compare to a view of the Hudson. But the food totally made up for it, which matters most (closely followed by good service). We also appreciated that we didn't have to pay for bottled water (which I end up getting bc tap water in restaurants is often gross), but their tap water was excellent (perhaps filtered?). We will definitely go back to try some other interesting dishes and are now eager to try Club Car Grille!

Date night, lunch with friends, casual group of business colleagues, this is the place. The staff is always really friendly and accommodating, the food is always good, and the atmosphere is great for almost any occasion. We all had a very enjoyable experience. Yes I would recommend!!
